A dream of the sea
Close your eyes. Around you, the countless cicadas sing their song of summer. You lie in the shade of the pines and cedars, whose needles exude their warm resinous scent in the heat of the sun. The light sea breeze wafts the salty scent of the warmed rocks over to you.... and there's something else. The breeze carries the scent of Aqua di Gioia up from your wrist to your nose. The scent reflects the Mediterranean environment perfectly - it smells aquatically fresh with a hint of sea salt. Lemons make you want to feel refreshed. In the base, something resinous is perceptible. The floral notes of the heart note provide balance between the tangy upbeat and the woody foundation.
Next to you something scurries by. Could it be a lizard playing in the crevices? You open your eyes... and you're actually home. But your Aqua di Gioia on your wrist has taken you to the sea for a moment

Prodigy
White Tea is a prodigy with multiple talents. On the one hand, it is the feel-good oasis on my wrist when I feel the need for a moment of relaxation.
On the other hand, its freshness gives me the necessary energy to cope with everyday life. It's green, clean, balanced, and gives me that feeling of "I-have-my-life-fully-in-hand".
Marketed as a women's fragrance, White Tea is one that I can definitely imagine wearing on men as well. Something about the scent seems familiar to me.... Maybe I associate something in it with the perfume my pops used to wear (which I can't name anymore, unfortunately). And maybe it's that subtle masculine note that seems so energetic.
I find the composition very harmonious - the light and the dark tones caress each other and unlike other perfumes, I don't find any note disturbing. Therefore, I can well understand why some report here that they like to wear White Tea to sleep

Beautiful transformation
The attack is fruity-fresh and bright. It smells of sparkling, dewy raspberries and blackberries. Then the fragrance transforms: it becomes dark, warm and mysterious.
With a pinch of imagination, I can perceive rose. The individual fragrance notes blend into a new composition that I would describe as typical of the house of Lancôme. It smells elegant, clean and also mysterious. The perfume has a good projection and lingers on the skin even after hours.

Personally, the dark notes and the bright, which are still partly perceptible after development, do not harmonize perfectly for me - the bright is a little too shrill and does not fit the silence of the "Midnight Rose".

Velvety red rose...
The scented roses have blossomed on my balcony. I have pink, white, yellow roses but I especially like the red roses. Their scent is elegantly cool and soft, the blossoms velvety and the leafy green gives it a freshness. A perfect fragrance that I would love to wear on me! That's why I went on a search - and found it with Roses de Chloé! The typical Chloé signature note is caressed by rose. I recognize this sensual scent of red rose as in my rose bed.
For me, Roses de Chloé captures the essence of rose perfectly.
My only criticism is the bottle: I have already noticed with Chloé EdP that the metallic trim discolors after a while and an unpleasant metallic smell develops, which bothers me a bit when applying the perfume

"Overripe" roses (?)
For me, the name is misleading - because I personally perceive nothing of roses. Instead of elegant cool roses, it smells stale, synthetic and somehow like grandmother's perfume. Fortunately (for my nose), the scent is not long-lasting: after about 2 hours, I perceive it only subtly on the skin.
I love the Miss Dior series - since 2005 Miss Dior Chèrie came out. Therefore, it saddens me to recognize nothing more of this elegant and at the same time fun-loving DNA of Miss Dior in Rose n' Roses.
