"Blooming Bouquet" is yet another of those Miss Dior flankers I can't take apart...well, this one was released in 2014 and features mandarin in the top notes (this mandarin smells better than the one in Bulgari's "Indian Garnet"), a bit of peach/apricot, a very light rose and some white musk. It's a light, discreet scent for summer, and with its pretty bouquet of flowers accented with fresh overtones, this scent is soft and clear at the same time. Probably a fragrance for sweet sixteens and all women who prefer their fragrances to smell slightly flowery, fresh and "innocent". Staying-power is weak. Not an "epic ode" to perfume, this one, and not suitable for those who mourn the timeless classic "Miss Dior" from 1947. 2014's "Blooming Bouquet" is not even memorable.

It was a love on a first smell! I was trying to find something FLORAL, as I didn't have anything floral yet. And I found it!?? Very feminine, seductive, smells like late spring and it has a great projection. I adore it definitely. P.s. and I bought it on Canary Islands so definitely great memory as well. Shame this was discontinued

This was such a simple, classic, everyday scent for interviews and work because of its inoffensiveness, low sillage, and calming vibe. I'm on the hunt for an old bottle of it now, because I had a little travel spray I've been using for years now (I am quite light handed with perfume because of a sensitive nose) and was saving up to buy the full size. What a bummer.

Fragrance for the Budding Highschool Fashionista

This makes me think of the girl in high school who led the popular crowd. She is young, giggly, and a budding fashionista. This is Alicia Silverstone playing Cher Horowitz in Clueless. You think you would hate this girl, but she is actually pretty cool and fun. This fragrance opens as if the fruit itself is blooming, making for a juicy floral fragrance. Unfortunately, it moves into a generic white floral and fruit scent becoming more like a nice but boring shampoo fragrance.

This fragrance does lift off the skin for a good hour but moves into a close scent bubble afterwards. It also only lasts about 4, maybe 5 hours. There are several sizes and prices available starting at 30ml for $93, 50ml for $113, 100ml for $145, and 150ml for $178.

Such a Classic

It was nice of my mom to give this to me a few years ago. She used to wear it often but I think she just grew out of it. When I wore this today I saw how light this fragrace really is. This perfume is overall an incredible crowd pleaser I can't believe this formula is discontinued. It feels very 20s or 30s woman running around the city taking care of things for work. But also, a vacation in Italy and you're sitting overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea on the cliffs of Tropea as the sun is overhead and the warm breeze is running past you. I think this fragrance is suitable for all ages it really is a perfect staple scent for anyone.
