I first got to smell this fragrance in a boutique in Munich. Back then, I was already excited about the scent, but it smelled very much like Christmas to me at that time.
About two years later, I smelled it again and noticed something different and more sensual. A fine powdery tonka bean, perfect for togetherness and cozy evenings in autumn or winter. Great scent with a sweetness that feels deep and not the typical 0815 kind. The sillage is present; I spray three to a maximum of four spritzes, as that makes the fragrance suitable for everyday wear for me personally. A wonderful scent for the colder season that also lasts forever on clothes and develops beautifully warm and sensual on the skin.

The scent that smells different on everyone..
on my skin, the fragrance smells like a Cola Cherry with a boozy note that increases throughout the scent, until the sweet Cola Cherry becomes spicy and balanced.
Great fragrance with amazing longevity and sillage, like most from Initio. A fantastic rounded date or autumn/winter scent that I believe is absolutely unisex. The fragrance works beautifully on warm skin, best after half an hour, or even longer, however, it is also lovely right from the first spray, as I only include fragrances in my collection that impress me from the very beginning to the end. You only need a few sprays of the scent, and you are surrounded by it all day or for days (on your clothes).

When I was at the perfume store recently, I actually wanted to try a completely different scent from the brand. But after the recommendation from the sales associate there, I had her favorite, High Frequency, sprayed on my other wrist as well, and what can I say, it was love at first sniff.
The scent is beautifully soft and creamy, not too light but also not overwhelming like other fragrances. Initio always manages to create scents perfectly for me, so that each fragrance is something unique. What I particularly like about High Frequency is the delicate blend of flowers and creamy almond. An incredibly beautiful opening and an even more beautiful dry down make the perfume experience a dream for me. After 10 minutes, I couldn't stop smelling my wrist and felt almost enchanted by the unique scent. It's best to spray it on your skin to fully experience the fragrance's development, as the Hedione is addictive, even after your own skin.
H and S is also top-notch, as with every other Initio fragrance, and what I especially love about this scent is that you can wear it all year round without it becoming too much.

Recently tried it in the boutique. Sprayed on the test strip, it reminded me of the currently very popular "your skin but better" scents. I was thrilled! A beautiful fragrance that seemed to fit well into everyday life, especially in spring and summer.
I thought, well, why not, I'll spray it on my skin too. At first, during the top notes, I thought, yeah, a nice woody white floral, but after about 10 minutes and forgetting the scent on my wrist, I got into my car and thought: Hmm, what smells so musty here? I had been out all day and thought, phew, I really need to take a shower. Until I finally, oh wonder, found the cause of the unpleasant smell on my wrist: Valaya. My skin seems to react differently to some fragrances from Parfums de Marly than other people's skin, as it had already happened with Delina and unfortunately also after an hour with the beloved Cassili. However, with the other two, it's a bit more bearable than with Valaya, because I really don't want to smell musty. I thought afterwards, okay, I'll wash my wrist, but the scent remained. For days. Due to its incredible longevity, I guess it's because of the Ambrofix. So, if you like the scent, even on the skin, and are looking for a white floral with a woody twist, then Valaya with its amazing performance might be the right choice for you.

That’s exactly how the fragrance smells to me. The scent has something extremely molecular about it, see Ambroxan, which makes it seem somewhat unattainable and elusive. In the same way, the fragrance is so floral fresh that one might think it could be something one has smelled a thousand times before. But no… the scent is so unique, so fleeting yet consistently present, with an incredibly good longevity and sillage, that one must be cautious when spraying it. The fragrance is everything one wants on warm days: fresh, clean, and incredibly connected to nature. Flowers, linden blossoms, the feeling of wind, and a soothing coolness.
You might notice that I find it difficult to describe the fragrance, but it is one that will probably never disappear from my collection.
