That's how I want to smell as a man!
Oh yes! The "Knize Ten Golden Edition | Knize" is one of those fragrances that seem to come from another time. It's simply not a modern fragrance, it seems very old-fashioned but really masculine - just my thing! It has also received one or two compliments and the longevity is also strong at around 12 hours. The sillage is also not negligible.

The top note smells extremely exciting. Here, fresh citrus-fruity aromas of bergamot, lemons and oranges are paired with greenish and herbaceous notes of rosemary and petitgrain. The heart note also smells extraordinary. On the one hand, there are woody aromas of sandalwood and cedarwood, but on the other, there are also floral notes of rose geranium, garden carnations, iris and violet. There is also an oriental sweetness of nutmeg and plenty of cinnamon. The base is also impressive. It smells animalistic like castoreum, masculine like leather but also earthy like oakmoss. Ambergris and bourbon vanilla provide the crowning touch.

Did I hear barbershop here? Yup yup yup! I think the "Knize Ten Golden Edition | Knize" is really great! Thank you dear Jana for the bottling :-)

The ultimate peach madness
Heidanei, this is definitely the strongest peach scent I've ever had. The "Bitter Peach (Eau de Parfum) | Tom Ford" doesn't promise too much, although I can't sniff out any bitter aromas. The longevity on my skin is very strong at over 12 hours. The sillage is very strong, especially at the beginning. I was approached very often at work. One work colleague was totally overwhelmed, my best friend and another colleague found the scent very feminine and to be honest I have to totally agree - for me as a man it's rather nothing, but from a neutral point of view it's certainly not a bad fragrance.

The top note starts with a lot of vineyard peach and peach liqueur. I don't recognize blood oranges or even cardamom. The heart note is reminiscent of peach iced tea and smells very sweet but also creamy and gourmand. There might be a hint of jasmine blossom in the background, but rum or cognac are not discernible. The base is also very overloaded with sweetened peach compote. I also find it very difficult to identify other aromas here. There might be some bourbon vanilla, benzoin and tonka beans. But to be honest - there are so many aromas listed in the fragrance pyramid that are not really there...

If you like peach fragrances, you could win the ultimate jackpot here. It's a bit too much of a good thing for me...but I could definitely like it on women. Many thanks to Justin for the bottling.

Truly beautifully made
The "Monarch | Boadicea the Victorious" is a really beautiful winter fragrance. Apparently, it seems to work much better or differently on my skin than other perfumers here in the community. It lasts for around 24 hours on my skin - that's really strong! The sillage is also more than successful so far.

In the top note, I honestly miss the fruit aromas listed in the fragrance pyramid. These are at best very hidden in the background. It immediately smells very spicy, balsamic, dark, oriental, peppery, resinous and slightly smoky with notes of labdanum, cinnamon, cardamom and black tea. I also detect a certain sweetness. The heart note takes a floral turn. Here I can smell rose water, lily of the valley, narcissus, freesia and a hint of jasmine blossom. The base also has a lot to offer. It has a woody scent of oud and cedar wood. Incense underlines the smokiness from the top note. It smells strongly of leather but also earthy of oakmoss and patchouli. Over time, it becomes sweeter again with scents of ambergris, tonka beans and bourbon vanilla.

Quite a lot going on, isn't it? But the "Monarch | Boadicea the Victorious" also surprised me very much and can be called an insider tip. Thanks to Nick for the bottling.

There's a lot going on here
Oh yes, the wild fragrance pyramid from "Pour Homme | Duftanker MGO Duftmanufaktur" doesn't promise too much. There is a lot on offer here. Sensitive noses might even be a little overwhelmed. At over 12 hours, the longevity is great and the sillage is also convincing so far.

The top note is very herbal and spicy. It reminds me of a mixture of Ramazzotti and thyme cough syrup. It also smells of hay and greenish oregano, clary sage, basil and marjoram. Spruce needles also create a certain resinousness. The heart note has a spicy, oriental scent of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves. Over time, floral aromas of lavender, rose geranium and gardenia also emerge. The base again smells greenish, spicy but also balsamic, earthy and subtly rooty with oakmoss, galbanum, vetiver and patchouli. A little incense also appears briefly. I also sniff woody hints of cedar and sandalwood. Towards the end, there is also a sweetness of ambergris, tonka beans and bourbon vanilla.

I am really surprised how all these many aromas come into their own. Respect to Duftanker MGO Duftmanufaktur - you have to get that across in a fragrance. Many thanks to Nick for the bottling.

A "fresh laundry scent"
Oh yes, "The Muse | Zarkoperfume" is one of those fragrances that make you feel like you've just been washed. I didn't even like it that much at first - more on that later. The longevity is great at well over 12 hours and the sillage is not to be sneezed at either.

The top note starts off strangely with a sour, citrusy and synthetic note. I think that my bottling is probably no longer the newest. I was also surprised by the oily texture of the perfume. I try to block out these impressions because the rest is then really nice. The heart note smells extremely fresh, floral, soapy and creamy. To be honest, it reminds me of washing powder or freshly washed laundry. The base also remains on the clean side with a certain powderiness. I still recognize a lot of detergent and soap - nice!

The longer I wear "The Muse | Zarkoperfume", the more I like it. Many thanks to Nick for the bottling.
