Absolute "cheap hammer"!
Over the course of a few days, I took a close look - pardon the pun - at Caline - Absolute Blue with great interest. And what can I say: the cheap "absolute blue" absolutely (little play on words...) thrilled me. The replica is definitely in no way inferior to the original in terms of freshness and aquatic notes. And if you spray it on, I guarantee that hardly anyone who knows the Cool Water DNA will think that you could be wearing a dupe.
I've had Davidoff Blue Water in my range for quite a long time now and say that the current bottle will be the last bottle of the original for the time being.
The original may last a little longer. However, the original "Blue Water" is not known to be a long-lasting monster either At a bargain price, I get good quality here.
If you're unsure whether you should invest the few euros: Take a look in a DM or Müller, for example. There you have the opportunity to sprinkle your tine with the original and the "Absolute Blue". Then you can make a final purchase decision for yourself.
Personally, I sometimes feel like this: I want to slap on a fresh, aquatic, spicy fragrance. Without the sweetness that is almost unavoidable these days... You can definitely ban it temporarily with "Absolute Blue" :-)
A clear recommendation to buy from me. I've already bought the second "dose", as such dupes sometimes disappear from the market all of a sudden. Copyright dispute etc ...

A breath of nothing...
I'm currently testing some dupes in the cheap(est) segment. To my great surprise, the "brand" Bellini from Lidl for a ridiculous 4.99 euros has already made a very positive impression on me twice. I can fully recommend the "Dior Sauvage" and the "Boss bottled" dupe as a blind buy. I would even venture to say that both come damn close to the original and have a good shelf life to boot. Although you can use your nose in any Lidl beforehand... (I have already made statements about both fragrances).
The "Homme Sport" (also from Bellini "made in germany") has hardly been discussed here so far. So here are a few more words...
I don't think I need to say much about the great role model "Chanel Allure Homme Sport". One of the fragrances that I really appreciate.
With the Bellini dupe, you can't deny the fragrance direction and the reference to the model. The first impression is very pleasing. At first I thought to myself: You can really leave it alone. The typical citrusy, fresh note. And it doesn't give you the boozy welcome that you get from some La Rive dupes.
But as we all know, the day should not be praised before the evening. And this is definitely not the case with Homme Sport - at least not with the first dose. Unfortunately, we are only talking about a gentle breeze here. For my nose, the fragrance was no longer perceptible after a short time.
I use the saying with some twins: if you were an arm's length away, you wouldn't notice any difference to the original. I'm going to say wickedly: not here either, because you can't smell it at all from a distance after a short time...
It may be that some people with a more virginal nose ;-) see things a little differently. But the bottom line is this: Bellini Homme Sport is on a par with an eau de cologne in terms of longevity.
The good thing is that the bottle is very compact despite its 75 ml content. So you can put it in your trouser or jacket pocket and re-butter regularly...;-) If that's not too strenuous for you: Just do it. At just 4.99 euros, you won't burn any money.
I will "empty" the part (as the note is quite pleasing), but will continue to use the original and the Missoni Wave in the future.

Absolute "no brainer" with great durability!
Unmistakably a replica of the BR540. And what can I say. A damn good one.
If you then take a look at the price, you can only flutter your ears in disbelief. Or in this case, your nose...
I only own the original product in the form of a small bottling. Given the hefty price tag, I was admittedly too stingy to buy it in the shops. I preferred to invest the money in several other products with common sense...
Everything done right. Because now I have a 60 ml replica for a small thaler, which I can use lavishly... ;-)
If you like the original fragrance, I can confidently buy the Caline from the Polish fragrance company blind. (Although you can easily test the "beautiful icon" in almost any drugstore) To my nose, it comes damn close to the original DNA.
I bought two of the same kind. You never know. These days, for some inexplicable reason, some products disappear from the market just as quickly as they appear...
What absolutely amazed me, by the way, was the longevity / sillage. I could still smell the fragrance days later (!) on a shirt hanging on a hanger.
In my obligatory "note test" for new arrivals, Belle Icone also scored extremely well in terms of longevity.
No ifs, ands or buts: I have a clear recommendation to buy!
PS: A little side note: The fragrance is not officially offered as a unisex fragrance, but as a women's fragrance. So all gentlemen of creation who are interested in buying: don't bury your head in the sand in the drugstore, but take a look at the women's shelf.

Warms icebergs...
While shopping in a local drugstore yesterday, I made a brief stop at the fragrance shelf without any great expectations to let my gaze wander over the - not exactly lavish - range on offer there.
Somewhere between Caline and Rammstein's "Einspritzer-Riege", an iceberg had been squeezed. The "Change the flow", which only caught my eye because of the more than eye-catching "SALE" price tag. The name Iceberg brought back memories of my youth. After all, one of my first fragrances as a teenager came from this "Bella Italia" company...
In addition to 100 ml for 35 euros, 50 ml were advertised for 7.50. There were no testers to be seen. So I did a quick google on my smartphone, or rather "parfumot", and the item found its way into my shopping basket. I now own quite a few designer fragrances from completely different price segments. Nevertheless, I also like to test "low budget fragrances" and have been pleasantly surprised on one or two occasions.
A little while ago, I took the fragrance out of its outer clothing. The flacon didn't exactly trigger storms of enthusiasm in me. "Crowned" by a - as was to be expected - cheap plastic cap. But so be it. As we all know, what counts most are the inner values... And these admittedly surprised me in a positive way.
One thing should be mentioned first: this is not a dupe. At least my now (in my humble opinion... :) quite experienced nose didn't smell an explicit model here.
But now to the nitty-gritty:
If you're looking for something for the spring awakening or even for balmy summer nights, you're absolutely on the wrong track here.
This is definitely a fragrance for the darker months of the year. Fall and winter. Dark, spicy, warm. Saffron on it's best. Spicy, leathery. A dark aroma garnished with a certain sweetness that is by no means overpowering to my nose. A spicy tobacco note is clearly perceptible.
As already mentioned, the edT is in my eyes - or rather in my nose... - not a clone of any successful fragrance. But not a niche fragrance either. The components used are simply too familiar for that. But Iceberg nevertheless retains a certain individuality.
How L'homme ideal can be named here as the most similar fragrance is a bit of a mystery to me. Anyone who is open-minded about the Spicebomb/Spicebomb fragrance direction, for example, could definitely enjoy "Change the flow" in my opinion.
Given the short "application time", I can't say too much about the durability at the moment. I'll be happy to add that later.
All in all, I am positively surprised. The price/performance ratio of this anything but cold iceberg makes some other more expensive fragrances look old.
