A breath of nothing...
I'm currently testing some dupes in the cheap(est) segment. To my great surprise, the "brand" Bellini from Lidl for a ridiculous 4.99 euros has already made a very positive impression on me twice. I can fully recommend the "Dior Sauvage" and the "Boss bottled" dupe as a blind buy. I would even venture to say that both come damn close to the original and have a good shelf life to boot. Although you can use your nose in any Lidl beforehand... (I have already made statements about both fragrances).
The "Homme Sport" (also from Bellini "made in germany") has hardly been discussed here so far. So here are a few more words...
I don't think I need to say much about the great role model "Chanel Allure Homme Sport". One of the fragrances that I really appreciate.
With the Bellini dupe, you can't deny the fragrance direction and the reference to the model. The first impression is very pleasing. At first I thought to myself: You can really leave it alone. The typical citrusy, fresh note. And it doesn't give you the boozy welcome that you get from some La Rive dupes.
But as we all know, the day should not be praised before the evening. And this is definitely not the case with Homme Sport - at least not with the first dose. Unfortunately, we are only talking about a gentle breeze here. For my nose, the fragrance was no longer perceptible after a short time.
I use the saying with some twins: if you were an arm's length away, you wouldn't notice any difference to the original. I'm going to say wickedly: not here either, because you can't smell it at all from a distance after a short time...
It may be that some people with a more virginal nose ;-) see things a little differently. But the bottom line is this: Bellini Homme Sport is on a par with an eau de cologne in terms of longevity.
The good thing is that the bottle is very compact despite its 75 ml content. So you can put it in your trouser or jacket pocket and re-butter regularly...;-) If that's not too strenuous for you: Just do it. At just 4.99 euros, you won't burn any money.
I will "empty" the part (as the note is quite pleasing), but will continue to use the original and the Missoni Wave in the future.
