Summer fragrance at its finest
Out of curiosity, I ordered a small bottle and casually sprayed it on. Wow! What is that? In the first few seconds, a refreshing lemon and bergamot mix hits my skin, making it fizz. A sweet tangerine interjects and dims the first impression into a mildly fruity light. Spicy juniper and wonderfully tart ginger emerge and harmonize the fragrance without taking away its freshness and citrusiness. These fragrance notes shimmer and sparkle on my skin like little diamonds in the sun. Every few minutes, a different note moves into the front row, only to leave the stage to another note a little later. It goes on like this for quite a while and is a lot of fun for my nose. Only very late on does white musk shroud the glittering stones in its delicate veil. I have not yet been able to find tonka, tobacco and patch in the drydown. H/S are quite decent for a freshy. Sprayed on chilled, it will certainly be my star during the hot weeks.

Rediscovered....
As a high school graduate in '81, this decade was a wonderfully wild time for me - no longer a teenager and yet still not really "grown up". The fragrances of that time were all "big hitters" that left a big impression with their cloud of scents. After Lagerfeld pour Femme and Paloma Picasso, Opium soon became my first signature fragrance. I was showered with compliments at the disco and in everyday life. In the 90s, there were other fragrance worlds for me to try out. In my memory, I could no longer imagine ever having worn such a "loud" fragrance... In addition, when I occasionally tested the fragrance in the perfumery, I only perceived it as a shadow of its former self - unfortunately, the original had been mercilessly altered over the years.
When visiting an elderly lady in the fall, I was lucky enough to be able to spray the EdT from a long-stored, almost empty bottle - and was immediately enraptured by the intensity and depth of this beautiful oriental and its sexiness floating in the sillage.
Since then, I have been looking for a vintage bottle, which I have finally found! For me, this noble fragrance is not wearable for every day, it has its very special occasions for a beguiling "appearance".

Vanilla Wummser
To say it straight away, I love vanilla and am always on the lookout for THE vanilla fragrance. Due to the high ratings, I received a bottle and was curious and full of expectation. Wow, I was hit by a heavy vanilla shower with the first spray. After a few minutes, the boozy, smoky start calmed down and a still intense vanilla took over the fragrance sceptre. It never lets go. The fragrance remains linear, very present and dominant. I miss the softness that vanilla can also exude and I realize that I now clearly prefer fragrances like Black Tie with its subtle vanilla.

Spring in November
1932 surprises me with a luminous composition of different flowers. A hint of sweetness envelops me with floating lightness, never intrusive, not sticky or tacky. I also like the fact that, unlike most of the others in the Les Exclusifs range, the fragrance doesn't exude the typical Chanel DNA. Definitely a buy for next spring! My bottle provides brightness and a good mood in this dreary November.

Disappointing
From the many positive reviews here I was curious. So far I have from the AA family only the Mandarine Basilic in my collection and am very excited about this summery fruit-herb fragrance cocktail. Ordered a bottling from dear Boavista, I could hardly wait for the first spray. The opening is very citrusy due to the grapefruit, fortunately the bergamot doesn't push itself to the fore. Delicious! Neroli comes floating past discreetly, petitgrain I do not know. I'm thrilled until....the blackcurrant takes over and doesn't give up. The scent doesn't develop further on my skin after that. Patchouli and vanilla, which are naturally intense, don't really come across - the blackcurrant completely dominates the course of the fragrance and its sourness evokes unpleasant associations with cat excrement. The fragrance may move on - too bad - it would have become a must-have for me without this berry
