A (cheap) spa visit after a stressful day at work, light, simple fragrance, carefree
The fragrance is not really complex for me. It's simple, but fresh, light and carefree. Just what you need when you need to switch off.
It reminds me of a visit to a spa wellness salon, but not a high-class spa in the Maldives, more of an "everyday spa" that I treat myself to after a stressful day at work.
It starts off very simply citrusy; you could compare it to a high-quality organic citrus cleanser (but not in a bad way). The namesake "green tea" is initially only in the background. As it progresses, the green tea becomes more present, but for me the lemon is mostly dominant. Probably because the fragrance is a lemon fragrance in my eyes, it only lasts for a very short time.
It is also weak, I actually need 15-20 sprays. But at this price, that doesn't matter at all.
Although I know much more complex citrus fragrances, I like to use this fragrance to switch off in everyday life and after a shower. It makes me feel lighter, fresher and can "cleanse" my life of problems, so the lemon cleanser component in the fragrance doesn't bother me at all.

Plum compote with a little vanilla ice cream, Christmas, but too strong

One thing first: this fragrance is my absolute favorite.
My love of fragrances began with the feminine Amber variant by Prada, which I never dared to wear as a teenager because I thought it was too feminine for a boy. At the time, I waited eagerly for Prada Amber pour Homme to finally come out.
When the time came, I first saw the advertisement with a young man who was extremely attractive to me at the time and who looked exactly the way I had always dreamed of becoming as an insecure teenager
For me, the fragrance embodies an elegant and self-confident man who at the same time affirms his sensitive side, reflects himself and looks good without being arrogant. A fashion-conscious man who is not afraid of ruining his latest sinfully expensive shoes to walk in the summer rain with his best friend and have the best time of his life, for whom his fellow human beings are more important at the end of the day than his beloved fashion.
The fragrance starts fresh, somewhat fruity and herbaceous. It's a bit like showering with a classic curd soap in an outdoor garden shower at the height of summer, while a wonderfully warm summer rain creates the scent of fresh rain and a few plant branches broken off by the heavy rain also make their contribution.
The fragrance then becomes somewhat powdery and sweet without being overpowering or old-fashioned. From start to finish, a pleasantly versatile and pleasing "clean man" fragrance, reminiscent of a soap, but is much more.
A fragrance that I have loved equally since it came out to this day - yes, it has changed somewhat due to reformulations, but the primary distinctive fragrance DNA has remained, with the advantage that it now contains fewer harmful ingredients (as they have since been banned).
When I started the review, I realized that I had become exactly the man I always imagined as a teenager when I sprayed on the fragrance. I have my weaknesses today, of course, but this fragrance accompanied me in my teenage years in my development to finally become the man I always wanted to be, true to the quote "I think as if I am".
The fragrance proves to me that fragrances are not just sensory-free luxury but can even offer psychological help to live more consciously and become happier. They help us to relax, become more aware of our surroundings and "channel" positive beliefs and goals into our subconscious - as this fragrance has proven to me over the last 18 years.
I have been looking for an alternative for a long time as the fragrance will probably be discontinued, but have not yet found a worthy alternative. The shelf life is unfortunately not particularly good, but for anyone who wants to build up a small stock, the fragrance should last 5 years unopened as long as it is stored in a cool place - for me that means a good 6 bottles for the next 5 years.

Powdery, warm and elegant - I have always described the fragrance as sweet, but when you consciously perceive it you realize, no, it is not an extremely sweet fragrance.
To describe it trivially, for me it is a mixture of the most expensive lipsticks and powders of the 70s combined with the freshness of a popular herbal lemonade from Austria. A wonderful, perfect fragrance for me.
This fragrance revealed my love of fragrances to me when I was 13 years old and I was and still am very enthusiastic about the beautiful "tassel atomizer" of the limited edition, even if it breaks within a short time, but spraying a fragrance with such a "bellows tassel atomizer" underlines the feeling of the elegance of days gone by.
Although I have loved the fragrance ever since, as a man I was always ashamed to wear it - I was told that a man doesn't wear something like that. Thanks to the hype of some sweet fragrances under the Gen-Z, I have now learned that I need not be ashamed to wear such a rather feminine fragrance as a man.
And who knows, maybe I'll end up like Herbert Grönemeyer sang about his late wife: "I'll carry you with me until the curtain falls".
I have a few bottles in stock as production may be discontinued, in my experience it can be stored for a very long time.
