Elegant patchouli?
To my nose, Coromandel is everything I want a patchouli fragrance from Chanel to be. It always exceeds my expectations when I wear it. It starts very elegant, I can definitely smell the soapy, clean, aldehydic vibe that is typical to Chanel. After that, the amber and a slight bit of patchouli comes into play. The soapiness goes away and it turns into a delicate, warming, sweet but not cloying masterpiece. Slowly, more and more patchouli starts to show. After about 8 hours, there is a beautiful creamy white chocolate - patchouli combo left on my skin. This sensation lasts for at least another 4 hours, thus leaving us with a 12+ hour longevity. The bottle is beautiful, minimalistic and elegant.

Must try for every patchouli and/or Chanel fan! This is a MASTERPIECE.

Slovakian Siesta?
Let me start off by saying I am from Slovakia. In my country, similar to other countries in Central Europe, siesta is not a thing. We don't nod off after having lunch. I think, however, that it's a pretty cool tradition. Since it's not a tradition in Slovakia, I must enjoy my siesta in another way - in a liquid way!

Every time I spritz on some of this perfume, I feel relaxed. It sedates me. This perfume is packed full of iris, but it's not really a powdery iris, it smells more like buttery cookies to me. This, combined with the honey accord, vanilla and tonka bean does wonders to my nose! There is also a top note of heaven, that makes the perfume a bit lighter in the beginning, but the freshness fades quite rapidly. The sillage and longevity are really good, this stuff decorates my skin for 8+ hours.

Regarding the packaging, it is just great! The boxes feel nice, but the bottle is on another level. I have never seen a bottle that is so satisfying to work with. The way you can open and close it with a gentle flick is extraordinary - a truly 10/10 presentation. It is inspired by an inkwell and it can really decorate a shelf.

A trip to Africa!
Let me start off by mentioning the concept and backstory of the perfume - L'Orchestre Parfums is a brand that focuses on music. Every perfume from their collection resembles a certain musical instrument or a music genre. Kora is a traditional musical instrument that is used in Western Africa. Imagine a guitar that has 21 strings, but is made of leather. Sounds fun, huh?

The bottle is really beautiful, same as other bottles from L'Orchestre Parfums. The atomizer is pretty generous, so I suggest being safe with the trigger! It's really easy to choke people out with Cuir Kora.

Now let's get to the scent. If you like leather, this is the one ladies and gentlemen! Also, even if you have multiple leather fragrances in your collection, this will still deserve a spot because of it's unique combination of leather and mango. In the beginning, the mango is quite sweet and juicy, but you can definitely smell the leather, too. After some time, it fades out of the perfume and all of the spices come into play. It turns into a dry, woody, spicy, sexy, leathery goodness! Definitely worth of a sample (at least). :)

Oh, have I mentioned that this perfume also has a song? Each scent from L'Orchestre Parfums has a thematic piece of music, with the link to the song printed on the box as a QR code. Cool concept, if you ask me.

THE gym scent!
In my opinion, this is one of the best gym fragrances out there! Why? Because it lasts just as long as your workout :)

Spray it on before the gym, sweat for an hour or two, go take a shower and spray on something different. The sillage and longevity are pretty poor on this fragrance, but it smells GORGEOUS!

I really love the sporty, generic base combined with the unique note of rhubarb. I have never received a negative comment about this fragrance, everyone likes this. The bottle and atomizer feel pretty nice too. This is one of the better cheapies out there, and definitely one of the best Lacoste fragrances. I would say this is a safe blind buy, just keep the performance issues in mind :)

Pastoral, indeed!
This is how I imagine a rural/pastoral perfume to smell like. It is a perfume, so it smells nice, it isn't like a sweaty old farmer, definitely no! It smells of fruit jam that your grandmother used to make. There are also dusty nuances that come from the hay note. The base is also full of propolis and beeswax. There is also a bit of honey, but the smell of propolis and beeswax is more prominent than the honey.
This is a beautiful composition and has a special place in my heart. My grandfather was a beekeeper, so this smell reminds me of my childhood. My grandmother is still with me, and her fruit jams still taste as good as when i was young! :)
Oh, i almost forgot to mention the performance and the sillage! Both are PHENOMENAL.
