The perfect everyday fragrance, but not everyday
Sometimes it drives me into the perfumery of my trust without a clear idea. And whenever possible I also go there to the counsellor of my trust. Both for special reasons. First of all I like the personal atmosphere in smaller boutique perfumeries, secondly there are always fine niche fragrances, far away from any mainstream and thirdly "my" consultant knows exactly which fragrances I'm going for
So was a few weeks ago, when I asked her to find an office fragrance. Well, the selection consisted of four fragrances, one of which I immediately liked. Isfarkand. What thing? Is it vacant? Ormonde Jayne?? Never heard before. But anyway, I like to be inspired.
Isfarkand starts fresh, but without these senseless and overloaded bombs known from other scents. A fine mixture that softens a little after an hour to make room for woods and spices.
Sillage: Could be better; shelf life: ok, but others can do better here too. The fragrance itself: discreet, rather in the background, yet always present.
Still, Isfarkand made it from scratch to my signature scent and that means something.
For whom: 100% correct in business, not too strong, not too light, one that does not provoke, but makes it clear that its wearer has everything under control. Leisure: Yes, Isfarkand cuts a fine figure here too. But not too torn jeans and sneakers in station wagon with skullhoodie, but rather to smart casual looks.

Scent for men who stand with both legs in life
No, it wasn't love on the first sprayer. Not even the second. But anyone who has been involved with fragrances for a while knows that fragrances really should be given a second chance.
F89 starts with a fresh top note, which soon gets lost and then the fragrance drifts off into the rather harsh. I can't really confirm the floweriness mentioned by some comment writers. The tart character (and you can like it, you don't have to), probably due to the moss, is complemented by a fine spice paired with equally fine, always present but never obtrusive woods.
How do you wear this scent? An office fragrance that goes well with Brit-style suits. An everyday fragrance, which comes around the corner without big airs and graces. Not for young dynamists looking for a fragrance bomb after a workout in the gym. And also nothing for the evening club visit, there it seems rather out of place. But a perfect combination with a mohair or flannel suit
