Earthquake Boss
"Isfarkand" was on my test list for what felt like eternities - I was all the more pleased when he was present at a colourful sample mixture of a lovely perfume. This community is and remains great! And is probably only topped by this mossy-masculine pepper scent from the good Geza Schön - what a fantastic men's scent!
Of course, this fine Kerlperfume has similarities to "Terre d'Hermes" or other, mostly peppery-woody, (positive) synthetic schön'chen works - but that's more of a compliment than a minus. All the more so when one implements one's theme as nobly and almost perfectly, competently and massively wearable as here. "Isfarkand" is a perfect blend, from citric-green splashes (Liiiiimeeeeee!) to dull-woody pepper combos and a mossy-green vetiver base - there's actually no better way to do it. From the executive floor to the barbecue evening and back to the wedding of your best friend, you're actually well-equipped with this. Always and everywhere. Stylish and charming. Like pencils in a modern cocktail, like a doctor's office that has fallen into the pepperpot. Inexorably good. Simple yet spectacularly round. Serious but not stuffy. Warm but zero pompous or oppressive. Bitter but never evil. Reliable but never boring. I'm in love. More than a little
Flacon: simple & noble
Sillage: creamy assertive
Durability: solid quality work - 6-8 hours. And this at not low heat
Conclusion: a typical Geza Schön, a beautiful cedar-pepper almost masterpiece. Absolutely fantastic and one for the nobly cultivated men's collection! Or just the surely even rounder, thicker, more expensive "upgrades" perfume and elixir. The desert floor is shaking!
