Artes starts off quite similarly to Alexandria 2, this dark oudy scent is immediately noticeable. But there is a big difference. Alexandria 2 is an extremely strong and piercing perfume, which I can't quite say about this one. It is somewhat more pleasant, if I can put it that way. To be honest, I would prefer to buy this one like Alexandria 2, as I simply find this one too unpleasant. I don't actually smell green apple at all; I smell this pure oud and a bit of musk along with it. Definitely nothing for spring and summer, but definitely wearable for autumn and winter. It is definitely worth a test. Just the high price alone should make any Alexandria 2 fan reconsider…

Anyone who knows Dune knows exactly what I mean. The connection between man and desert is strongly emphasized in the film, and so it is here with the fragrance. If these characters were to wear a perfume, it would definitely be this one. When I first heard about Zoologist, I thought it was just another perfume brand that was currently in hype. But this house is different. I am impressed by the fragrance creations they produce. But now to the actual scent. When you smell it for the first time, everyone will probably say it has a hint of desert and camel. But in my opinion, the desert comes through stronger than the camel. You can definitely smell that typical camel fur. In the opening, the scent smells to me like a stable in the zoo. And not in a negative sense at all, but those are the first associations that come to my mind. Towards the end, the fragrance becomes significantly more pleasant, and the vanilla comes out extremely. I find it an extremely successful scent, but I wouldn’t know when to wear it. Unless you live in Saudi Arabia and spend every day in the desert, I can hardly imagine rare moments when you could wear this fragrance. Nevertheless, it is definitely a recommendation. Unfortunately, you can only test the scent in Mannheim, which I find very unfortunate. But definitely worth a test!

An apple with a longevity like no other summer fragrance. The scent starts, of course, with a strong apple note that you can perceive the whole time, but towards the end it fades a bit. The fragrance becomes increasingly pleasant over time and is no longer as zesty as at the beginning. One must really say that you shouldn't spray too much because the scent is truly intense and strong. Two sprays are completely enough for me for a full day. I expected the fragrance to smell quite different than it actually does. But it actually smells just like it looks. Green. If one could smell the color green, it would definitely be this scent. There is also a hint of floral notes that makes the fragrance even more beautiful. In my opinion, it is more of a men's than a women's fragrance, but of course, everyone has to decide that for themselves. So, if you want a summer fragrance with longevity like no other, you are exactly right here.

First of all, I am a huge Oud fan and love daring fragrances, but this scent really surpasses everything. Synthetic rose and Oud at the end. To be honest, at first I found the fragrance extremely good, especially considering the price, but after some extensive testing, the scent is just way too strong and synthetic for me. It lasts easily 24 hours on the skin and performs as if it were a niche fragrance, but it simply isn't. In my opinion, you can immediately tell that it is not a niche. The rose that starts off is way too piercing for me, but by the end, I actually really like the scent. However, from everyone I know, there has only been negative feedback. So definitely do not wear it to work or anywhere else, I hope that’s clear. You’re not doing yourself or your colleagues any favors (risk of getting fired). But joking aside, the scent is truly unbelievably strong, and for those who also like it, they have really found a new gem. It is definitely a good fragrance, but unfortunately too feminine. I bought the scent blind, do not regret it, but I have also not used it more than twice. The bottle also turned out well. Despite all the hate, it must be said that the scent is extremely cheap, so you can't really expect much. As a French person, I would definitely wear this fragrance more often!

I smelled the fragrance on a colleague and was overwhelmed.
I knew intense coffee but had no idea how it smelled. After he told me it was intense coffee, I could hardly believe it. I didn't smell any coffee at all. The scent is simply super powdery and vanillic. I think this can really be worn by both men and women. You can actually smell the coffee if you sniff a bit stronger. Especially in the top note, the coffee is, in my opinion, very present. The fragrance is perfect for cooler days.
