Entry into the niche world!
Layton - what should I say…?!
I love it! The first sniff immediately reveals the sweet apple, paired with lavender. The opening is quite strong & you want more of this gem right away. Later on, when the apple settles down, I personally perceive jasmine, combined with vanilla & cardamom. The sweetness remains in the foreground, which I really like. It's not too weak & not too strong... just right, in my opinion. To keep it beautifully masculine, there are also plenty of spicy aromas that run like a red thread through the scent development. What ultimately remains are the patchouli & sandalwood. For me, the perfect finish and the end of a fragrance that I can only recommend to everyone! Essentially a blind buy.
The H/S has become slightly worse compared to earlier batches, but still remains above average.
In terms of packaging, Layton could still use a bit more class, which is not meant negatively. The bottle feels good in the hand & leaves a solid impression.
All in all, a well-balanced & successful fragrance that I will keep buying!

Rocky Intentions & Booze!
This is my first review & I dare to let something out among all the poets & thinkers!
Okay, so what should I say.. I got to test this rocky piece & I am overwhelmed! The first sniff & the passion fruit jumped right in my face.. as if it had jumped out of a glass filled with Scotch. I perceived a very strong alcoholic note, almost like the Decas from Xerjoff, just not quite as strong. This combination of something sweet and alcohol is loved by everyone, right?!
After all the booze & the fruit pieces of the passion fruit that gave me a terrible hangover, I also met a rocker who was dressed in leather from head to toe & lit one cigarette after another..! Whether that was just my imagination or not, I still don't know to this day..
What I want to say is… if you want to be constantly in the spotlight, present & always aiming to stand out from the crowd, you are exactly right here! The Tony Iommi from Xerjoff is a masterpiece.
This scent is so dirty that I had to choose my words accordingly. You can't do it any other way & you wouldn't want to! What’s deserved is deserved!
