I have heard and read so much about this fragrance. Just as infinitely much about the scents of Andy Tauer. I was told that there is a certain way that the fragrances always smell. To date, I knew only the L'air du Marocain, so unfortunately I could not talk about the handwriting of the dear Mr. Tauer.
When testing this fragrance it fell like scales from my eyes. The prelude has the same signature as the aforementioned L'air du Marocain. Kind of woody and dirty, earthy at the same time. It has nothing at all to do with the aforementioned notes in the top note, I also noticed that in the first scent. Strange, but I realized: this must be the Tauer DNA of which all speak.

If one "overcomes" this prelude one comes to a wonderful rosy heart note. It has everything you want and hope for from a beautiful rose. Juicy opulence, delicate florality and a wonderful depth.
In the base, a dirty patchouli note and warm vanilla tonka ambra note join in. If it weren't for the vetiver, which as always destroys everything, I'd enjoy it from there too.

Unfortunately, I don't like the Tauer DNA. But I can still recommend this fragrance to everyone, because it was obviously really great craftsmanship.

Dear Parfumo's and Parfuma's,
i know about this fragrance was probably already said everything that can be said, however, he has brought me in the truest and figurative sense to dream.

In the top note, it reminds me of my grandma's preserved pears. Immediately I sit as a 5 year old with grandma in the kitchen and schnabulieren fine pickled pears with vanilla ice cream. This moment also made me very emotional as my grandparents have always been my surrogate parents, so to speak. I had a great childhood there, I was never in kindergarten but always with grandma and grandpa in the garden or sometimes on vacation in Mallorca. And that is exactly what I want from a fragrance. I want to be catapulted into another time, another place and a great feeling.

The fragrance may seem up to this point as if it were a kind of autumn fragrance. However, that changes greatly from the first half hour. It becomes warm and sweet, like the sun's rays in an orchard. Yes indeed, it reminded me of the smell of fruit trees in Italy. Like I was strolling through one of the many orchards, in the hot August sun.
I think the scent also performs especially well in warmer temperatures. He is one of those fragrances that you perceive every now and then when moving strongly.

In the base, the fragrance is perfect for me again. With these fragrance notes, I think everyone can imagine how beautifully sweet, warm and wonderfully cedar woody he is.
I'd love to describe it to you in more detail but I can't compare it to any fragrance I know.

The day I wore it for the first time, I also went to bed with it. That night I really had a wonderful dream about a beautiful vacation in Italy. I even snorkeled in the sea. So if that's not a clear sign, I don't know what is.

We ventured out today into the middle of the tropical jungle of Laos. Outside it is 35 degrees in the shade, the humidity is about 64%. In search of cooling, we roam around and see between the leaves of the banana trees already turquoise blue water flashing out. We have found one of the many hidden lagoons. The water looks so beautifully blue to the human eye. This is due to the high mineral content in the water, this reflects the light and it acts on us bright blue.

I strip off my dress and jump into the blue water. It is wonderfully refreshing. Just what I needed after the long walk.
After the bath, I dry myself on one of the rocks kissed by the sun and take a sip of my ice-cold grapefruit-cucumber water. There must be lotus growing somewhere nearby, it smells wonderfully fresh and flowery. The undergrowth gives off a slightly woody and warm scent. I feel like poodle and enjoy the peace and nature around me.

What wonderful corners you can find, if you do not look for it

The fragrance name doesn't quite make sense to me. There is no amber listed, one wonders why the name Ambré extrême? But it gives the impression of being an amber fragrance. And that comes out relatively quickly, too.
It is wonderfully cuddly soft and becomes soooo beautifully powdery at the end. It was love at first sniff with me.

The top note contains for me 2 of my very favorite citrus notes the yuzu and bergamot. Bergamot always triggers an extreme sense of well-being in me because it reminds me of my favorite tea, Earl Grey. And tea is really my biggest relaxation ritual in everyday life, including yuzu tea, which I always make myself from a yuzu blend from the Asian store. Which is why the top note is extremely nicely satisfying to me already.

After the top note is gone quite quickly, comes in the heart of this wonderful rose note (Damascene rose, my favorite rose par excellence) and is again so beautifully incorporated underpinned by the wonderful tonka, woven by a minimal woodiness of cedar. I keep sniffing it because the rose is just heartbreakingly beautiful.
But even for no rose lovers, this scent truly represents a cuddle for the senses.

Because in the base then opens up for me the fragrance name. Benzoin and vanilla imitate the amber note excellent, sandalwood lets the whole thing nestle against your skin like a cashmere sweater. However, it still retains a certain depth and satisfaction through the heart notes. This is where the powdery elegance comes out.
I can only keep emphasizing how wonderfully versatile Aaron's fragrances are while wearing them, yet almost all facets are noticeable throughout. Especially when you're in motion, sweating a bit, different notes always come crawling into your nose.

I for my part, have a long wish list of Aaron fragrances and hope drauf that they can gradually become my own.
This one is totally unisex and also versatile to wear. I could definitely also imagine him with floral or fruity fragrances to layer.
For fans of warm and soothing fragrances, I can say here again only clear, try it out

Normally, I wouldn't write a review if I don't like a fragrance. I might still write a statement at most, but I don't like to rip something off.
I have smelled really many and when I say many, it's over 30 bad, really bad scents in my life.
This one by far tops anything I can think of!

Disgusting chewed mint-melon gum which hangs on the wall in a pissed old station toilet. There have been many people having sex in this loo, some smelling of sweat others of soap and cheap perfume. The junkies also like to stay there.
There is the smell of blood in the stuffy air and the sweet smell of candy or cotton candy is wafting from somewhere.
You can also smell any cheap cosmetic products in the air.
Not to mention, the mold that has formed in the walls. Damp and rotten it feels there.
This environment triggers the following feelings in me: I am afraid of becoming the next victim of a violent crime. Later, after throwing up in fear, I run for my life.

I had sprayed the scent on a piece of Zewa (I find super for quick tests), he is so dermaßen Potent that the horror came to me from 1 m away. Even with repeated closer look, it could not get better. I had to swallow, because the gag reflex occurred. The curiosity was great, but I could not bear it. I actually dispose of the Zewa pieces in the garbage can if I don't like them. But there it would probably have increased tenfold. The first time I had to flush something down the toilet!
But the feeling remains, I smell it on the glass plate where he has lain and in the air.
