An Olfactory Journey to the Queen of Conifers: "Cedar Malaki" By Chopard

With the new masculine fragrance creation "Cedar Malaki" Chopard wants to take you to the mysterious Mediterranean forests.

The fragrance begins with a fresh and spicy top note of grapefruit, cypress, artemisia, cardamom and lavender. In the heart, three distinct species of cedar combine with Nootka cypress to create a warm, natural spice with earthy and sweet accents. Woody and spicy essences of tonka bean, patchouli, cypriol and labdanum provide a harmonious finish.

Paying homage to the long-lived and majestic cedars, perfumer Alberto Morillas combined Atlas cedar, Virginia cedar and Alaskan cedar.

The fragrance is part of the "Malaki" collection, which started in 2012 with "Oud Malaki", followed by "Rose Malaki", "Amber Malaki" and "Musk Malaki". Chopard describes the fragrance range as a journey of the senses to the rarest and most precious ingredients of the Middle East. With the name "Malaki" meaning "royal" in Arabic, the label aims to underscore the luxurious and noble nature of the collection.

"Cedar Malaki" is captured in a dark green glass bottle with a shiny gold cap, which is meant to symbolize the strength and majesty of the cedar forests.

The fragrance is available in bottle sizes of 80 ml.
