Created by Jérôme Epinette, the fragrance opens with the sparkling freshness of bergamot and lemon. The heart, which combines leather and mimosa, exudes a warm elegance. Finally, notes of amber, sandalwood and tobacco anchor the fragrance with a deep, woody sensuality.

Behind Byredo is Ben Gorham, a Canadian-born Swede.
The niche fragrance brand's creations draw not only from Gorham's personal experiences and childhood memories, but also from the influences of his Indian ancestors on his mother's side. His trip to India was particularly formative, as he was surrounded by the tantalizing scents of spices and incense. These oriental nuances blend with Nordic minimalism, underlining the brand's motto: "Less is sometimes more", a tribute to Scandinavian roots.
