The Treasures of the Himalayas: The New Eaux de Parfum by Hima Jono

The Treasures of the Himalayas: The New Eaux de Parfum by Hima Jono

With the unisex fragrances "Pashm", "Loon" and "Tchai", Hima Jono invites you on another sensual journey to the Himalayan mountains.

Take a deep breath and let yourself be pampered by the essences of the Himalayas. The collection includes three different fragrances, each highlighting a precious treasure from the Himalayan region - pink salt, cashmere and tea. These exquisite fragrances remind us of the importance of these natural resources to our daily lives.

Hima Jono

Pashm - cashmere, musk and body heat

The delicate scent of Pashmina envelops you in a gentle embrace, reminiscent of the snowy mountains and nights by the fire, linked together like the memory of a nomad.

The composition opens with the spicy aromas of saffron, juniper and cinnamon. In the heart note unfolds the floral elegance of iris, accompanied by cashmere wood and white tea. Finally, the base note reveals the soothing warmth of amber and Indian sandalwood, rounded off with ambrette seeds.

"Pashm" is a tribute to the artisans who play an important role in harvesting the cashmere and weaving the pashmina.

Loon - An ode to the Himalayan salt

A mineral breeze awakens a sense of crystalline purity: the pink salt of the Punjab sets against delicate blushes of rose petals, like a glimmer of moonlight on the miners' skin.

Top notes open with the freshness of edelweiss, accompanied by snow aromas and fresh cypress. The heart note unfolds floral chords of jasmine sambac and rose, enveloped by incense. Finally, the fragrance finds its completion in the embrace of Himalayan salt and Himalayan cedar, accompanied by the earthy depth of vetiver.

"Loon" is inspired by the essence of the pink salt of Punjab, extracted from the depths of the Himalayas.

Both fragrances were created by Bertrand Duchaufour.

Tchai - Inspired by the tea fields of Darjeeling

In the fog and clouds of Darjeeling, tea farmers gently pick the buds of the first infusion. The sweet scent of each leaf clings to their calloused hands.

The top notes of "Tchai" blend fresh bergamot, warm cardamom and sweet violet leaf. The heart reveals a floral blend of mimosa, osmanthus and ylang-ylang, before the fragrance is rounded off by an invigorating accord of Darjeeling tea, mate and black tea, as well as the warming nuances of Indian sandalwood.

The composition comes from perfumer Barnabé Fillion and pays tribute to the tea fields of Darjeeling.

Together, the fragrances make up the new 'Treasures' collection from Hima Jomo.

Hima Jomo

With echoes of nature from the Himalayas and the heritage of French perfumery, Hima Jomo aims to create a unique fragrance dialogue between originality and modernity. The brand was founded in Paris in 2020 by a group of friends who share a deep love for the nature and culture of the Himalayas. The name, "Hima Jono," combines the elements "hima" for "Himalayas" and "jomo", which means "Holy Mother" in Tibetan and is also the acronym for "Joy Of Missing Out".

In 2022, the first collection was released, promising a sensual journey through the seasons in the Himalayan mountains.

The new fragrances are available in bottle sizes of 50 ml.
