"Eau de Gloire Cologne": A Limited Reinterpretation for the 20th Anniversary
To celebrate its 20th anniversary Parfum d'Empire presents a limited edition, citrus-fresh reinterpretation of "Eau de Gloire (Eau de Toilette)" from 2003.
A sun-soaked cologne that illuminates the path of the Corsicans who followed their lucky star.
Parfum d'Empire
"Eau de Gloire Cologne" exudes a tangy, fresh mix of citrus and bitter orange, accompanied by bergamot and mandarin. A subtle laurel note, alluding to the trademark of Parfum d'Empire (the laurel crown), blends smoothly with the emblematic scent of incense and the invigorating freshness of myrtle, which is said to evoke the aromatic landscapes of the Corsican maquis.
The unisex fragrance was created by perfumer Marc-Antoine Corticchiato and is a reissue of the popular green-fresh perfume "Eau de Gloire (Eau de Toilette)", which once heralded the beginning of the creations of Parfum d'Empire.
Parfum d'Empire
Behind the French fragrance house Parfum d'Empire is Marc-Antoine Corticchiato. A native of Morocco, he spent his youth among the country's lemon fields and Corsican forests in Cuttoli Corticchiato, his family's hometown. Despite his passion for competitive sports, Marc-Antoine decided to study chemistry and trained at the ISIPCA in Versailles, a well-known training school for perfumers. With this ideal starting point, he founded his own perfume house in 2003.
Inspired by history, the name "Parfum d'Empire" refers to the time of the First French Empire under Napoleon Bonaparte. The fragrances are also often a tribute to important historical events, personalities and places.
With Parfum d'Empire I wanted to tie in with the original meaning of perfume found in all cultures: eroticism and sacredness. Because since time immemorial, seduction and spirituality have formed the deepest meaning of perfume, its original truth.
Conquest of love, spiritual conquest, conquest of the self ... Perfume is conquest, perfume is exploration.Marc-Antoine Corticchiato
The new fragrance is available in a bottle size of 100 ml.
