The composition opens with Italian bergamot, whose fresh citrus notes meet the gentle sweetness of white honey. Cinnamon complements the opening with a warm, spicy nuance. The heart then unfolds with a floral-sweet accord of jasmine sambac and Turkish rose, carried by a warm, earthy-soft base of musk and Indonesian patchouli.

"Honey Moon" was created for the "White Collection" by Spanish master perfumer and brand founder Antoni Cabal. This collection stands for minimalist, clearly structured compositions that focus on selected raw materials.

About Toni Cabal

Behind the niche brand is Toni Cabal Pijuan, who founded the label in Barcelona in 2014. A trained master perfumer and chemical engineer, he worked in the perfume industry for almost three decades before deliberately striking out on his own with his own line. Previously, he headed the company Fragrance Science, a combination of analytical precision and creative fragrance development that continues to shape his signature style to this day.

In his compositions, Cabal repeatedly works with his favorite raw materials: Italian bergamot, sambac jasmine, Turkish or Bulgarian rose, oud from Laos, vanilla from Madagascar, Indonesian patchouli, white musk, tobacco, and green tea.

He finds his inspiration outside the laboratory—by the sea, while playing sports, traveling, or in the world of opera and classical music. These impressions give rise to different fragrance lines, such as the Mediterranean-inspired "Blue Collection" with creations such as "Infinite Blue", "Santorini," and "Ischia."
