Intense and Decadent: The New Unisex Fragrance “Byzantine Amber” by Francesca Bianchi

Niche brand Francesca Bianchi introduces its new creation "Byzantine Amber" - a tribute to the magnificent Byzantine culture.

The first spritz exudes a refreshing and citrusy bergamot note, accompanied by warm and spicy cinnamon accents. In the heart of the fragrance, the green and slightly floral note of rose geranium is united with a warm, leathery and smoky accord of benzoin resin, labdanum, incense, leather, styrax resin and amber that completes the scent.

Francesca Bianchi describes "Byzantine Amber" as an intense and decadent perfume, reminiscent of a great civilization in the final stages of its splendor. She compares the fragrance to the painting "Salome" by Gustave Moreau, which captures the splendor and drama of the perfume. The mosaics of Byzantine culture, particularly those in Ravenna, inspired the fragrance with their golden glow and sense of theatrical splendor accompanied by a dark and obscure side

"Byzantine Amber" joins the "Libertine Neroli" and "Unspoken Musk" fragrance creations as a new addition. The fragrance series is dedicated to special raw materials of perfumery and reinterprets them in the style of the house.

The story of Italian perfumer Francesca Bianchi begins after she studied art history in Florence. Inspired by a book on natural perfumes and some essential oils, Francesca Bianchi discovered her passion for fragrances and began to express her creativity in this field. Each of her creations is the result of a long creative process and is about themes such as love, passion, memories, closeness and fusion.

Her new fragrance creation "Byzantine Amber" is presented in a square transparent bottle in shimmering amber hue, topped with a black cap.

The fragrance will be available in bottle sizes of 30 ml from March 3, 2023.
