The unisex composition of "Knight of the Realm" opens with a fresh explosion of citrusy notes consisting of Calabrian bergamot, satsuma mandarin and Sorrento lemon. The heart reveals warm nuances of Appalachian balsam fir on Atlas cedarwood and invigorating South American yerba mate. The fragrance is rounded off with powerful tones of Indian vetiver and wild South American tonka bean.

The London luxury house Graham & Pott was founded in 1890 as a cloth factory and developed into a perfumery over the years.

The story is said to have started when Mr. Pott wanted to protect his fabrics from unwanted smells on sea voyages and made his own scented paper with English marmalade. He carefully placed it in every linear meter of fabric that was to be transported by sea. In the past, when crossings took months, customers would notice the tangy orange scent of the marmalade. This combination of protection and fragrance is said to have formed the basis for the first perfume.
