Lightspeed and Boyish: The New Eaux de Parfum From Floraïku

"Lightspeed" and "Boyish": The New Eaux de Parfum From Floraïku

French fragrance label Floraïku unveils the woody-spicy composition "Lightspeed" and the floral-woody scent "Boyish".

Lightspeed: An olfactory ode to Harrods and its tea trade roots

Lightspeed by Floraïku was created especially for Harrods and is a dedication to the history of our iconic London headquarters, which began as a specialty tea retailer.

The woody-spicy composition opens with tangy bergamot, followed by the soothing warmth of Ceylon tea in the middle of the fragrance. The base note reveals sensual oud, which gives the fragrance depth. "Lightspeed" is a tribute to the London department store Harrods, whose beginnings lie in the tea trade.

Boyish - An ode to glamour

Full of character and inspired by the spotlight - the perfect fragrance for those who are on stage.

Inspired by haute couture and catwalk shows, "Boyish" contains a rich fusion of fresh citrus nuances to evoke the radiant spotlights of the catwalks. The heart note unfolds the floral note of iris, framed by a spicy vetiver base - a tribute to the sensual side of the fashion world.

Behind the label are Clara and John Molloy, who also founded the brand Memo Paris. Their goal with Floraïku was to develop fragrances of the highest exclusivity, sensual expressiveness and Asian poetry. In doing so, the fragrances are created like poems: Each composition consists of few, but high-quality ingredients. The inspiration from Asian aesthetics is reflected both in the frequently used essences such as jasmine, rose, musk, black pepper and cardamom, and in the design of the flacons.

The new unisex fragrances are available in bottle sizes of 50 ml.
