The New Eau de Parfum "24 - L'Essence de Ravissence": An Ode To Change

With "24 - L'Essence de Ravissence", the Dutch fragrance label YVRA presents its new, woody-spicy unisex fragrance, which combines notes of clary sage, papyrus and amber.

The number 24 stands for balance and a willingness to embrace change. The number also stands for new adventures and dreams and helps you to go beyond your own imagination. An ambitious vision that we want to combine with YVRA24 L'Essence de Ravissence, our springboard to a new identity. Younger, more modern and more accessible.

YVRA

In the top note, clary sage and pink pepper combine to create an invigorating fragrance accord, accompanied by saffron and a hint of blackcurrant. The heart reveals a spicy bouquet of notes of orris root and cardamom, surrounded by green nuances of papyrus and cypress. The fragrance is anchored by warm amber, cashmere musk, sandalwood and creamy vanilla.

"24 - L'Essence de Ravissence" (English: "Essence of Joy") was created by the label's founder, perfumer Yvo van Regteren Altena. In contrast to the five previous fragrances, the bottle has a new, brighter design.

YVRA

Fragrances have always played an important role in the life of Yvo van Regteren Altena. In his childhood, when he spent the vacations with his grandmother, who never left the house without a generous helping of perfume, a little ritual developed: Yvo and his siblings would compete to see who could guess the name of a fragrance from his grandmother's precious perfume collection. Yvo always proved to be the winner in these competitions.

In adulthood, Yvo immersed himself deeply in the world of leading perfume houses as a journalist. On this path, he met the prestigious perfumers Jean-Claude Ellena and Francois Demachy, who inspired him to create his own fragrance. In 2015, Yvo launched his first creation "1958 - L'Essence de L'Essence" - the fragrance label YVRA was born.

The new fragrance is available in flacon sizes of 50 and 100 ml.
