The composition of "Wild Wild Wood" is a modern homage to the versatility of woods. Created by Mark Buxton himself, the fragrance focuses on differently nuanced wood accords that are interpreted in a modern way.

The opening is lively and fruity with notes of pineapple, apple, mandarin and grape, which merge with the aromatic freshness of clary sage and pink pepper. Cypress adds a green-woody accent and leads into the heart. There, floral notes of magnolia and rose as well as a velvety fig nuance provide depth. In the base, warm musky notes are combined with sandalwood, vetiver and cedar. Amber and Amber Xtreme™ intensify the structure, while balsamic nuances of incense and tonka bean softly round off the aftertaste.

A new chapter in the Freedom Collection

"Wild Wild Wood" is part of the Freedom Collection, a fragrance line conceived by Mark Buxton as an olfactory playground for creative freedom and unconventional ideas.

The range includes "To Break", an elegant iris composition in which ambrette and amber meet fruity accents of pineapple and green apple, rounded off with soft sandalwood. Also part of the collection is "Why Not a Cologne?", a modern reinterpretation of the classic cologne that combines red apple notes, magnolia and pineapple with a woody, leathery foundation of teak, cedar, vetiver and amber.
