Nanu

This bottling was a gift in many ways. I probably would never have tested this creation by Dior, as palatable notes like rum tend not to put a fragrance on my shortlist. But this candidate here is different and I am grateful for every opportunity to be able to check first prejudices.

Spice Blend starts out for me with dry, imposing spices on top of sober, smooth rum. It's as if the colorful essence has been taken from this aesthetic drink and infused with warm, aromatic spices.

The impression of cinnamon keeps jumping into my head, though I'm not entirely sure. There is an almost refreshing spiciness, but it does not become unpleasant at all, but rather well embedded and invigorating.

This fragrance is very nice aromatic with a slight rum sweetness in the background. Noble is a coherent word for me here.

For me, impressions alternate throughout between dry spiciness with the softness of rum as a carrier and then again from a more juicy, fruity rum note with spices as a supporting player. An interesting dance, which makes the fragrance exciting for me.

Spice Blend conveys in my perception a joie de vivre that does not come around the corner with confetti and balloons, but enjoys the fullness and depth of life with a knowing smile.

When the first rays of sunshine of a new day delicately find their way through windows in the still cool morning air, enveloping all beings and things. Whispering hopefully that all is well as it is.

Such a beautiful scent. Every word seems too loud for him. How can something so quiet be so seductive on the skin?

Transparent, creamy, skin-touching, simple yet sophisticated. Contradictorily beautiful. An art of inconspicuous seduction. Cool & creamy without reminding me of skin cream. It comes across as just a little powdery on me. Slightly spicy. Nothing is too much, and nothing is too little. Definitely unisex.

Delicate, creamy coolness on warm, luring skin. As it progresses, I notice an animalic musky wink in the background. Quiet, but well aware of its effect.

I never thought such a quiet scent could captivate me so much. And I can understand all noses that can perceive nothing special in him. Just a nice, skin clean fragrance.

In my world, it's just great balanced without being too slick. Rather an all-around well-balanced beauty.

This one may not be new, and it doesn't bring any characterful edges or corners, but it shines... in its own whispery way.
