The first rays of sunshine of the day fight their way through the trees in front of my bathroom. Fresh morning air streams through the tilted window, the birds are singing.

Today I want to feel clean and ready for the day! The new clothes are already ready.

Now it's time to shower, brush my teeth, trim my beard, cleanse my face and, last but not least, apply a moisturizer.
What I'm missing now is a fragrance that underlines the cleanliness and strength that I've been wishing for since the first ray of sunshine in the bathroom.

In this situation, I always choose "Pasha de Cartier Parfum | Cartier".

A fresh fragrance with balsamic notes, a light creamy woodiness and fougere vibes that give it a cooling aura.
In terms of creaminess and sweetness, small parallels can be drawn with "Oud Tobacco | Montale" after a few minutes, although here the Cartier comes across as much more grown-up and down-to-earth.

That I would like a designer so much again after immersing myself in the niche world.....
I had forgotten that it doesn't always have to be the loud and extravagant niche stinker.
A blind buy that I don't regret.

The freshness of jasmine paired with the warm yet powerful animalism of oud opens the fragrance.
As it develops, a woody creaminess unfolds, giving the whole a fine texture, overlaying the animalic notes and thus muffling everything somewhat.

I've been wearing Al Khatt continuously for three weeks now and notice it on me throughout the day 10+.
The often mentioned ''cowshed'' impression was no longer present after the third or fourth test.

The smell in the air is, as with many other Xerjoff fragrances, much better in my eyes compared to the direct skin perception and makes this fragrance my current number 1.
