Classy!
This one was love at first sniff! Different from others in line in terms of density, complexity and I would say quality and performance too. Great example of how designer oriental fougere style fragrances should be, nothing more, nothing less.

Notes included are: sandalwood, balsam fir, liquor/alcohol/booze, Indonesian patchouli, labdanum, benzoin, tonka bean and ambrocenide molecule. Lavander is not listed but you can almost feel it there. I would say that instead of lavander they got balsam fir on top and it turned out really good! When I sprayed it I thought:"Wow I love this slightly animalic/alpha male vibe that I smell". Slightly animalic, could be cumin also somewhere in the background. Wonderfully blended, so smooth. Pure class from the house of Cartier!

Interesting fact is that, that this fragrance somewhat reminded me of Xerjoff Alexandria II in terms of that animalic but at the same time elegant, oriental-fougere dose to it. Longevity is around 6 hours on my skin and sillage is moderate to heavy. Full bottle worthy!

Classic Spicy Masculine Fragrance
Previously tested the awesome Pasha EDT and can almost do a complete cut and paste of my glowing review for Pasha Parfum here. Pasha Parfum is an awesome masculine fragrance that is unique and stands on its own. It is unique in its own way, not reminding me of the OG. It's a warm, spicy and woody fragrance that can certainly work for winter, spring and fall. Summer might work as well, as a more formal fragrance either in AC on hotter days or by controlling the number of sprays. Outside of hot days, it strikes me as being very versatile - although maybe leaning a bit more formal - but would definitely work in a casual situation.

True parfum performance here. I'm at 10 hours with a still quite strong skin scent. That is a pleasant surprise given all the watered down fragrances these days. The smell of Pasha Parfum is light years ahead of Declaration Parfum, which fell short for me.

Available quite reasonably for just under $100 at discounters. But boy oh boy, that fragrance! I already have a FB in my collection.

Regarding the bottle. Some guys knock it, saying it looks like a baby bottle. No, the cap is modeled after the crown of Cartier wrist watches.

A wonderful modern oriental spicy fragrance
It's nice to see a bit of a fresher take on the classic oriental spicy fragrance, and even more so one that leans more masculine. Although Pasha has existed since the 1990s, I think that this parfum version has a more modern feel to it than the original EDT, and is more well-rounded overall. Pasha opens with a rich, sweet and spicy accord that is interlaced with some fruity notes. I actually get quite a prominent pineapple note in the early stages of this fragrance, which blends in with the spice shockingly well. As it dries a bit more it gets a very boozy feel to it, and a bit of something gourmand thrown in too, almost like a chocolate or praline note. It manages to stay spicy throughout, and keeps a very fair balance between sweetness and resinous notes the longer you wear it. It's a very nice scent overall, and I love how unique it is compared to a lot of the modern fragrances on the market, especially given the price.

Overall I quite like this fragrance, it's easily one of my favorite pickups that I've made in the last while. It's a perfectly modern spicy fragrance with just a touch of a classic feel to it that invokes a hint of nostalgia. Given the fair price, unique composition and impressive performance, giving Pasha a try is honestly a no brainer.

Nice/Classy scent but not a good performer for me
Seems like I'm going to be an outlier yet again... My batch (9GAB) is not a good performer...

It starts as a subtle, light and gentle fragrance for a few hours then fades to almost indetectable - for me it doesn't project well or have a noticable sillage except right at the start.

I can just still notice it on clothes the next day but as light background smell.

I do like this the smell but for me it's an intimate scent detectable only up close - not that it smells that same but it's the same kind of experience I get from D&G The One - nice but not great if you want to make a big impression when entering a room and more for intimate close type of occasions.

(I realize that this is very different from what most people report but what can I say - this is what I experience)

I use this as an office fragrance and for me it's perfect for this - subtle, inoffensive and a bit classy - kind of old school.
I see this as a scent for a more mature man

A beautiful oriental fougere masterpiece!
Pasha de Cartier Parfum is one of my favourites and is a fragrance that I will always keep in my fragrance cabinet.
It is an oriental fougere that is a very rich amber, balsamic and woody with a beautiful touch of fresh green fir balsam that breaks the heavy rich ambery and boozy sweetness.

It opens up with intense deep ambery and slightly smoky notes that are sweetened up with some boozy notes that remind me of some herbal liquor. The fougere, green note comes from the fir balsam (or fir balsam-like raw materials). There is a slightly creamy sandalwood dryness to it that gives it a nice solid base.

I can pick-up all the notes in the description although I don’t get very distinct benzoin, tonka and patchouli notes. What I do get is a distinct ambrocenide, fir balsam, labdanum, liquor and sandalwood notes.

I find it suitable for all season apart from summer where it could be too intense and heavy. The performance is above average. Longevity is in the 10-13 hours range (on light skin) while the projection is in the more moderete range at about arms length. It is going to project well for 2-3 hours after that time it starts sitting closer to the skin and will become a bit more intimate but still quite strong. The scent itself is very linear and well blended and will stay practically intact for the duration of its life.

It is a very sophisticated, rich, deep, luxurious and very gentlemanly fragrance. As such it is best suited to a sophisticated, well dressed, self assured and polite gentleman. On that note I must say that it may not appeal to people under the age of 25 since it isn’t your typical style of easy going fresh blue fragrance that is very popular these days. If you enjoy fougere fragrances this one strikes the perfect balance of old school barbershop fragrances that has been thoughtfully modernised to not smell dated and too austere.

All and all I think this is a lovely fragrance in the (oriental) fougere genre that is modern but still classic, dry, deep and ambery with a touch of sweetness and an air of sophistication. Definitely worth the price.

P. S.: My wife likes it as well which is always a good sign.
Edit: After trying Drakkar Noir I came to conclude that Pasha de Cartier Parfum is a heavier, richer and sweeter interpretation on the fresh piney fougere scent profile. They both have that fir balsam / pine green freshness that is distinctly masculine and sophisticated.

Such a classy and beautiful scent! Not that popular in the community, which makes no sense imo. I love everything about it!

A boozy, sweeter, and stronger version of L'Envol de Cartier EdP. This smells nothing like the original Pasha.

Starts very amberish (Like The One) with cumin. Drysdown to a sandlwood with balsams and cumin. Seems great but the result is just flat..

Updated version of a classic. Lots of booze. Stays a long time on clothes. Must-try if you're into barbershop or boozy à la Bentley Intense.
