Ok now I finally understand why all write Détour Noir of Al Haramain is just like Layton (and I thought my nose is broken). The smells really 1:1 like the Layton...the Layton of Today, which I have tested in the store also Today. I have but 2 years ago a sample acquired over fragrantworldshop (never had fakes there) the completely different and much much better smelled and has almost nothing to do with the Layton of Today. What have they done with this fragrance? The Layton of today is really nothing special and if I recognize correctly, is missing especially this slightly minty note that makes the old Layton next to these fruity so special for me. Who likes the new Layton but, sparrt you the money and really does not buy it, Detour Noir is really 1:1 same for 30 euros. Also durability.

I love this part! Very elegant, stylish fragrance, despite the rum that sticks out at the beginning. The scent makes me picture an older gentleman in a suit with a hat and a cigar in his hand drinking a whiskey at the bar while the piano plays. He would fit James Bond like no other. I often put it on before I go to sleep, like La Nuit de L'Homme used to be. The sweet at the opening calms me somehow and brings me the feeling of relaxation and elegance.

A compliment bringer it is not right now. Two men at work have told me I smell like old grandpa (two who wear One Million). In addition, but still a compliment on the same day of the woman who is actually not at all on sweet fragrances. It is already one for Ü30 I would say. Who likes John Varvatos Dark Rebel and Rebel Rider should then umbedingt test (because of rum). Has something similar DNA, only the is more gentlemanlike and not so badboylike as the other two.

At first I thought why the hell do they all love it so much, why is it such a classic? Tried it many times in the store and just couldn't get comfortable with it. Then I tried it again 1 year later. Now I love it and actually wear it the most of all. Gives the time!
Of all the perfumes I own, it gives me the most that extra confidence when I wear it. It has something very masculine and unique, although I can also understand people who don't like it. The line between liking and not liking is a fine one. If you don't know what to wear today, this one just goes on all the time and you never do it wrong. From sporty outing with friends to dinner in an elegant suit. Keeps with me but unfortunately only about 5 hours. Also love the bottle as a Black fan. If this is not a must in any collection for one who identifies as a perfume lover, then I do not know.

Very bulky, much too strong for me and definitely not suitable for everyday use. Fragrance for people who want to stand out. Something I really imagine only on a man, I would find on a woman 0 attractive and would even turn me off in the long run. Already had an experience years ago where the woman was much less attractive to me by her perfume selection and it bothered me in bed. That would definitely be one of those perfumes too. After a few hours you quickly get tired of the smell. Goes in a similar direction and is alternative to Louis Vuitton Ombre Nomade or Creed Royal Oud. I'm very pleased that I such expensive fragrances usually do not like :)

But I always enjoy the sight of this mystical bottle that looks like taken out of Lord Of The Rings, Harry Potter or a similar film. One of these beautiful bottles where you get right Bock to start collecting the bottles (if that were not such an expensive hobby).

When I smelled the first time I thought the smell reminds me of what. Yes, it is the smell of the Berlin sex clubs and fetish parties on which I was already one or the other time. Beautiful, sweet scent that lasts a long time (8 hours) and has a unique character. No one reflects so well the fetish, BDSM lifestyle like this (they really hit the name here perfectly). You should definitely test it as a perfume freak and as a fetish, leather lover anyway. Very nice mix of the perfume elegance world and the kinky sex world.
