Timeless sweetness to fall in love with
Like some of the previous speakers, I can also say: one of my first perfumes.
I had this fragrance already 4-5 times in the household, the first 3 times I was still very young, about 15-17 miss that have been so.
I loved the fragrance!!!
Then in younger adulthood I had the scent again...I liked it as usual, but after a while I got tired of it.
Sick of the sweetness, sick of the sillage, sick of "Joop! Homme (Eau de Toilette) | Joop!"
While browsing for a new fragrance, it caught my eye again...
The bright pink worked directly so enchanting on me, memories came up...I had to have it again!
No sooner said than done.
3 days later, the fragrance is now once again in my collection. Freshly showered, I have to put it on....
What can I say?
It hits another old love! The sweet floral scent, yet a little biting, but pleasant.
I'm floating on a pink cloud.
Years after last using it, I still like this scent so much!!!
The durability above average.
The sillage above average.
The fragrance as such, as I said, for me an old love yet always belongs in my closet.
Price performance speak for themselves here.

Love at first smell, or is it?

The packaging and bottle make me feel like something royal.
The first sprays I smelled knocked my socks off. I was in love. Deeply.
This regal Alexandria had me spellbound.
Even weeks after first smelling it, I raved about the scent almost daily, in my mind.
The price of this noble fragrance is far too expensive for me to this day to acquire it, yet it is so incredibly beautiful!
Until..... i got a sample. I now have it in my own hand; the divine scent of Alexandria...
I was excited, this first experience I had, it felt like I had bagged a lion!
Now I spray myself with this scent again in the evening...
Do you know this feeling if you had a great night with a lady or just the other way around from the woman's point of view, with a guy?
Unforgettable dirty, romantic, divine!
And the second night, the complete opposite?
That's how I feel with my royal Alexandria...
Disappointment. Too much emotion that hit me the first time I smelled it. My love shattered in ruins.
I will use it again someday. And hope for my experience again.
But I also hope there are enough who have this first experience I had again and again!

Moonlight walk

I feel warmth, affection and a long day passes me by like this and lets everything fall away from me.
The scent of the rose and iris are so captivating on my skin, with the hint of suede on top and that soft patchouli this perfume melts in my mouth - unfortunately it is not edible.
I now know two perfumes of the Vancleef and Arpels series and can feel a softness in these fragrances that is so perfected, that you think you smell clouds.
A nice end to the day of Moonlight Patchouli.
