New Fragrance Collection Celebrates Iconic Band Motörhead

Few formations embody the spirit of rock as intensely as the British band Motörhead. Formed in 1975, the group has played its way to the Olympus of heavy metal over the years with 22 live and studio albums, experiencing all the highs and lows of the scene.

A collection of perfumes is now dedicated to the musical monument, tailored with respect and love to the true character of this band. Each new fragrance olfactorically quotes a facet of the legendary group. The individual compositions position themselves as niche perfumes that no market researcher should have even come close to. Inspired by the band, the music and with the help of the last Motörhead cast, Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee personally, worked on finding and developing

The badass sound, the boldness and the wildness of the total artwork is to pay tribute to this fragrance. Black pepper gives Motörhead Man a rough and fresh tingling top note, which is already given a woody and whiskey drive by cardamom. Iris in the heart note is a tribute to Lemmy's always worn wide open shirt. In the base note, coarse leather tones overlap with spicy patchouli. A metallic note refers to used bass strings. Burnt oakmoss rounds off the fragrance leathery, earthy and smoky.

The feminine signature scent Motörhead Woman was composed for confident women who like to combine jeans with leather and do not want to smell like sticky vanilla cake. It opens with pink pepper, which is feminine but razor-sharp on the nose. Juniper adds a sassy gin kick. Cypress in the heart notes adds a greenish-fresh touch that is picked up by soft leather and strong incense. Iris joins in with a skin-toned character. A hint of lipstick subtly rounds things out. The finale is a staccato of wild patchouli, moss and amber that tingles sensually on the skin with light musk.

No Remorse is a fragrance for men and corresponds to the character and essence of the band - rock'n'roll without pardon. Bergamot, grapefruit and pepper open this perfume refreshingly wild. A combination of leather and sage in the heart note gives the composition weight, depth and the typical leather character, which is emphasized by a barrique bourbon note. Ash, cedar and alder, as well as oakmoss and a touch of oud, celebrate wood in abundance and bow to the band guitars that bring us this music in the first place.

Bad Magic is a sensual fragrance for women that impresses with its darkness, mysticism and magic. The top note sets with petitgrain, the "stimulant of fragrance oils", an allusion to illicit drugs. Orange peel, lemon blossom and tangy neroli support the opening. After a short while, the hypnotic blend of black rose and ripe jasmine catches, the olfactory trip now begins to take effect. Cedar, caramel, lime wood, horn and musk give the composition a mystical finish that can be described as big city voodoo-esque.

All perfumes of the collection are available in the bottle size 100 ml. The perfumes are currently available in Germany (drugstores). No information is yet available about an international launch.
