The powdery texture binds the rice, preventing it from becoming overly wet, while the base notes give it strength and depth. First spray... BAM! Blast into your face, sharp metallic smell with a hint of smoke, slowing turning into a mix of sweet, spice of saffron, and the fresh medicinal smell of rosemary, the oud gives it the depth it needed.
The Twist was it smells like Layton, but its not copying it either, It has a medicinal smell like layton. We all know that the only good part of Layton is the aromatic, spice before turning into a pissy vanilla. Reef 33 is that good part only all the way, without vanilla, fresher and more masculine.

A day time dessert for the olfactory, and a must have for the gourmet connoisseurs. Opens up with a bright and sunny cirtus, with a hints of vanilla, woods, and a hint of rose. The Cirtus slowly fades then comes the rum, adding a slight touch of booziness, the vanilla comes out to the light, with a few drops of coffee, the ambergise gives the vanilla a kick, so it doesn't outshine the other notes. A Lemon Creme Brulee made to perfection.
This is a day time fragrance I enjoy wearing for all the seasons.
Uden is a masterpiece, Blanche is disgusting.
