She's a Lady - If you like iris scents
I haven't commented on a fragrance in quite some time. Am also pretty lazy in this regard.
Shame on me!
The Revenge of Lady Blache is the first fragrance I bought simply because of the bottle cap. That awesome leopard head!!!
I just had to have that one.
But not only this convinces, but also the contents in the bottle.
The iris root (Orris) is present from the first moment to the end. In other compositions, however, this component is often very strict and somehow bitter and earthy. Here, the iris unfolds indeed powerful; at the same time, the iris component is accompanied by other floral-fresh notes. Above all, in the development of the fragrance, just the hyacinth is very perceptible. For me, also a very special ingredient, which stands for a certain fresh florality and associated lightness of the entire fragrance.
The Revenge of Lady Blache is for me a decidedly elegant, floral, very complex fragrance for almost any season (except extreme high summer) and for any occasion.
And as always:
We are who we are and we wear what we like.
