Can't afford Tabacco Vanille...
Hands down the best oriental take inspired on the beautiful Tom Ford Tabacco Vanille. It is a gorgeous sweetness, extra spicy combining the cinnamon, the clove and the touch of star anise where the tabacco was left behind. I can't get it isolated from the extreme sweet spicyness that this perfume is all about. Despite that, Al Haramain have made a great good job here, a recreation of T. Vanille with an arabian touch. The scent himself it's an inviting, warm, cozy scent with quality and a nice overall performance. For those who never tried the OG from Tom Ford, this one is definitely an excellent choice to experience that kind of dna. Brands like Al Haramain, beside they copying, all over, western high selled perfumes, are doing a fenomenal work providing the opportunity to experience for those who can't afford high end designer or niche perfumary. But...the OG is always the OG!

The best from the line.
Franck Boclet from his Fragrance Collection gives us TABACCO.
An amazing sophisticated perfume.
The tabacco here is not that rough dry tabacco, it is yet, a beautifuly wet flavoured tabacco that opens blended with a the top notes of Ginger and a juicy Plum. This sweetness, that resembles to honey, even of it is not listed on his composition, turns into the most realistic sweet, spicy smoked gourmaund. The spice notes of clove and tonka in the heart enriched with the woody aspect gives me the felling of smoked vanillic, tabacco honey, woody scent, and that is the what I fell all the way to this classy full dry down.
In the end, Tabacco is a mature scent very well balanced, with a great quality value. In the vein of many other tabacco/sweet existing fragrance it can be easily forgotten. However I do think is worth trying.
Performance wise, It has a good longevity with this gorgeous sillage, it's intense, dense, warm and deep, who makes it one of the good sweet tabacco scents out there, always reminding that F. Boclet Tabacco was created in 2014.
Defenetly a unisex perfume, if you are a bold woman or a man who is not afraid to stand out, that wan't to be confident in a special place and time, be sure that will makes you glamorous and surely appreciated. It has such a gorgeous inviting aura and to me, I will have this peace of art for ever by my side.

Le extraordinare Serge Lutens
Chergui is the reference of tabacco scents, a masterpiece created 24 years ago. Many fragrances are inspirations of this amazing legend of the art of perfumary, on that honey/tabacco combination.
Of course that the scent was reformulated and lost some of his strenght over the years, but somehow it continue to be, until this days, a great choice for a bold, dark, mysterious perfume. The composition is balsamic, resinous, smoky and sweet but a simple way, and that simplicity is the key factor for this timeless creation.
For those who never had the chance to visit Serge Lutens Palais Royal in Paris, I suggest a least to search for it and get an understandig of the the greatness of this brand. Thank you Chergui.

Cozy warm scent.
First of all, Ambre Tabac is real good quality value perfume. To me is a vey nice perfume as a sweet gourmand scent lover. For the true tabacco scent lovers this one might be a bit dissapointing, as the tabacco note is not noticible as the name suggests. It is indead sweet but not cloying at all, it´s like a vanillic spiced amber. It has an avareage perfomance perfect for cozy blanket home evenings. Really it is a underratead amazing perfume.
