Corsica - harsh island mountains, in the middle of Ligurian idyll, surrounded by the salty sea, baking under the southern sun - full of medicinal herbs and secrets. When I'm hiking and perspiring or can't find a single shady spot at a barbecue party full of people, I reach into my backpack, parched, and spray my head & shoulders in circles with Verveine-Agrumes Brume Fraicheur. There's no need to skimp on this, as it brings a tart citrus kick that's soothingly refreshing and soon transitions into a metallic herbaceous note. This quickly becomes close to the skin and a little woodier and then fades quickly into the ether ... This hair & body spray is more unobtrusive to the environment than cologne and quenches as deliciously as briefly the need to take a citrus shower. Not much remains of it except a slightly herbaceous finish, but you don't always want that.
4711 is more space-filling and long-lasting, even if its fragrance is also good from my point of view. The 50ml bottle of L'Occitane is light, handy and fits in any pocket. Have him always there and also given my sister in law when hiking in the mountains - and she was happy.

This inspirational whopper with the beautiful name reminds me of earlier times as a Teenie&Twen, when I was driven by indefatigable optimism, happily launched into a life of my own, thinking the whole world is open to you - try and error and don't care ... you can always start again, because in your heart is spring and always a Charles Trenet melody.
The cheerful fruitiness of this fragrance enlivens the subtle base of the distinguished bright teen note and and puts an overdose of youthful freshness on the wearer...The ginger violet florality in the middle is not too sweet.
Loud at first yes - but likeable. The ginger keeps the citrus from the top note fresh.
On occasion, I will give my niece times a bottle, so she understands how I felt as a young woman. She is anyway quite similar to me in their preferences.
I myself put me sometime the small variant as a pick-me-up for lax days and city short trips over the WE and still remain as a personal favorite from this series at my beloved Wild Rose. I must always have in stock - Have fun with it too!

When it's freezing cold outside and a woman has to get up early to go to work, she needs a comforting buddy and soul-pleaser that allows her to get out of the down, tear herself away from the scent of the warming morning coffee and set off into the frosty snow flurry...brrrr!!! Then I need a creamy scent, sweet and with a fruity touch - one that wakes me up, warms me up and keeps me warm. And JimmyS fever keeps me warm. Until I've wandered through drafty subway and RE train stations, changed trains twice, and finally find shelter in a warm office.... i wear it here just for me, but I'm also happy when I catch similarly good scents in winter while walking by or waiting for connections: a give and take in passing for morning grouches of all stripes. Tip: If you have less budget to spend, you can also use the Nivea Creme-Eau de Toilette. Just pure cream ;-)

Versense is an incredible freshness kick - for me the perfect party companion on hot summer days and evenings. He has no huge scent progression in my nose, but envelops me long-lasting with lemony cheerfulness and energizes even my immediate surroundings with - confirmed by interlocutors.
In this fragrance I feel for hours enveloped by a pleasant cool bath :-) until it caresses me softer and softer, becomes creamier and gradually fades. Have reaped compliments with it. Highly recommended as a safe companion for ladies who tend to sweat during menopause ...
