A consolation plaster for broken hearts
In search of a Bal d'Afrique Layering candidate this treasure came into my hands! I had to really almost cry after 1 1/2 bottles of Byredo that I do not perceive this great fragrance longer than a maximum of half an hour ( p.s. My environment on request also not.... for the people who point me to a possible "Olfactory Adaptation" //on German /odor blindness :)) The Ginger-Lily is more aggressive in the prelude that settles after 10 min and it remains a great fresh breath that I perceive the next 2-3 hours . The body lotion is even nicer and not at all krazig ! Both together a dream! On the clothes I take the scent even after a day perceived .... Price-performance is top! For "all" the heart of Bal d'Arfique was broken a great consolation plaster!!!

Great value for money for a happy banger scent
This inspirational whopper with the lovely name reminds me of earlier times as a Teenie&Twen, when I was driven by indefatigable optimism, happily launching into a life of my own, thinking the whole world is open to you - try and error and don't care ... you can always start again, because there's spring in your heart and always a JacquesBrel tune.
The cheerful fruitiness of this fragrance enlivens the subtle base of the distinguished bright teen note and and puts an overdose of youthful freshness on the wearer...The ginger violet florality in the middle is not too sweet.
Loud at first, yes - but likeable. The ginger keeps the citrus from the top note fresh.
On occasion, I will give my niece times a bottle, so she understands how I felt as a young woman. She is anyway quite similar to me in her preferences.
I myself put me sometime the small variant as a pick-me-up for lax days and city short trips over the WE and still remain as a personal favorite from this series with my beloved Wild Rose. I must always have in stock - Have fun with it too!
