From the first spray, the pure femininity flows towards me... Rose geranium, pepper, myrrh, prune, cistus, bourbon vetiver, incense, cedar....
Mandarin and incense I feel only as decorative accessories, which do not really appear but merge with the overall composition.
A, for my nose perfect composition that lies on a soft bed of me perceived vanilla, although vanilla is not explicitly listed.
Gentil Suono nestles quite delicately against my skin, exuding a veil of the finest scents in my immediate surroundings without being intrusive or ever too much.
The atomizer is quite fine and puts just a mist of fragrance on my neck.
I get many compliments on it and wear it to the office as well.
Gentil Suono I can imagine almost year-round, the test and purchase was at ca.24 degrees and the hammer, but even now in slightly more autumnal temperatures, the love between us has only grown.
Is he at the beginning still something liqueur, rosy he will continue with time beautifully soft, feminine to end with a woody-gourmandigen base.
I myself take the fragrance after about 5 hours no longer so much perceived and then put another splash after, simply because I like the fragrance so much and want to sniff again and again dran.

The fragrance is quite exclusive, you get it online and in very few Salvatore Ferragamo shops. However, the whole collection is worth a sniff test...I was able to test them all in the store in Paris....it was pure perfume heaven. The ladies there in the shop were very accommodating and were very patient and helpful in helping me make my selection without being pushy.
From a blind purchase I would absolutely advise against, the SF fragrances of the Tuscan Creation collection come on the skin again quite different to the effect as in the description.
I declare Gentil Suono my signature fragrance, he has me completely under his spell and the perfect companion for hopefully a long time...

Tamima Sillage was an absolute blind buy due to the heavenly description of the fragrance on the website of Moresque.

I thought to myself, this just CAN'T be a flop...giggle,giggle....I still laugh at my naive attitude now.
But the desire to own this great described fragrance as soon as possible was of course greater than reason, who can't understand?
So do not get me wrong, the fragrance is by no means totally grottenschlecht, but for my nose has the nothing at all to do with the above description.
The prelude of Tamima Sillage has shocked me first. The first spray was stinky, sour stinky, slightly like urine which I attribute to the oud mixed with the mugwort which leaves an herbal, eucalyptus scent, a bit like peppermint loo freshener. My first thought is: oh noiiiinnnn...wash-up candidate!!
Fortunately, that note quickly dissipates and the orange/neroli move to the forefront with the pepper. But only briefly and very lightly.
Within zero comma nix I perceive still some cashmere wood, only skin close, and then iss' se already gone, the princess!
Wait a minute please...where is the vanilla, amber ettcettera gone??? Up and away with the desert wind...
The durability is really underground, but maybe it's just the cool weather? Sillage? Rather hardly, because I perceive even only with the nose on the skin after 20 minutes only traces.
The more often I spray on the fragrance, the less urine-stinky I feel him, slowly make friends with him, and wait times patiently for warmer weather to give the thing a chance.
The bottle is as a consolation then but really class, at least he looks good in the bathroom.
But somehow the stupid princess has me the fragrance bit spoiled...

Will it be a lesson to me, and refrain from blind purchases in the future? Rather not.. :-)

When I think of 'dragee' I can't help but think of the beautiful Cleopatra from faraway Egypt and thus also of the film and the Asterix booklet "Asterix and Cleopatra", which I still sometimes enjoy reading.
Cleopatra is known to have bathed in donkey milk with honey, which is said to have given her a pure and flawless white skin.
The three Gauls, Asterix, Obelix and Getafix, also succumbed to her charm and beauty and traveled to faraway Egypt to help their friend build a collossal palace that the beautiful Cleopatra had commissioned for Caesar.
In my imagination, Cleopatra is soaking in warm milk in a snow-white marble tub. Orange blossom and almond oil are added to the milk, giving the bath a wonderfully sweet and flattering powdery scent. Due to the lush sweetness, one can definitely perceive a honey note.
The warm desert wind blows through the open palace and puffs the long, white cotton curtains and brings a woody, airy accord of cedar wood.
After the bath is completed, the lady-in-waiting puts a pure white cloth over Cleopatra. Cleopatra's skin is soft and velvety, smells softly powdery.
The orange blossoms and petitgrain have given way to a delicate almond scent, which fades out on a base of vanilla and warm cedar wood accord.
I am only too happy to feel like Cleopatra when wearing this fragrance. Especially in the warmer season, it makes you feel well-groomed and a sweet purity.
Its staying power is quite remarkable at about 8 hours. I could imagine that the durability in winter is somewhat lower, since in my opinion, the warmth of the fragrance can shine longer.

Since the release of this perfume I've been lurking around, but could never test him.
Either was no tester in the perfumery available, another time he was untraceable....somehow I had the impression, the fragrance does not "want" me.
But I would not be me, if I would admit defeat so quickly ...

Lo and behold, on Saturday the sweetie was then available for testing.
Before I had already plastered my nose with various other fragrances, all of which I pushed back on the shelf with sniffles.
Radiant Nectar comes along very sweet. The entire fragrance composition lays harmoniously on the skin.
The fragrance I would by no means call a freshie. For this he comes a tad too playful and feminine. He also makes no development on the skin through.
Nevertheless, he is never intrusive, never too sweet, never too flowery, never too fruity, never too creamy...
Because of this balanced appearance, I can see the fragrance appealing to women of all ages.
A beautiful, summery cocktail that makes a good mood and is well perceivable despite the lightness. On my skin he keeps felt forever and I can enjoy many hours dran (ca.8 hours).

Actually, I had sworn to buy no fragrance, but I would not be me if I had not become weak there...

So quite recklessly I have this new fragrance of Cartier today in the perfumery of my confidence sprayed on the wrist...
From the house of Cartier, which is more known for exquisite jewels and watches, some beautiful fragrances have already moved in and out through my perfume shelf. "So Pretty" was in my 20s my signature fragrance and have received many compliments for it, the Eau de Cartier still has its place and accompanies me depending on the mood again and again gladly through the day.
But now to my reckless attempt with "Insouciance"...
The very fine spray mist which puts itself from the high-quality flacon on my wrist, makes my nose crinkle at first smell!!!! Oh fright! Bäääh....das smells times not at all frivolous, let alone pleasant!!! A cloud of freshly cut celery and strong tomato leaf floats into my senses...tart and tangy though, but definitely like vegetable juice! Freshly squeezed!
Nooo! That goes times not at all! Too bad...the name and the beautiful bottle had but actually already a little sin vorgegaukelt.
The test stick is now disappeared from disappointment in the jacket pocket.
Only later in the day I sniff a pearly, bloomy fragrance around me and at first I can not explain where this comes from, but I had sprayed this strange vegetable soup.
On the search for this vegetable soup on my wrist I experience THE surprise! Where is this vegetable soup bloss gone?
Violets, violets and again violets....But not those sticky ones from grandma's days....No, quite fine powdery fresh with just a slight sweetness. These beautiful little forest violets stand nicely cooled by a refreshing brook that flows bubbling through the forest. A relief in the sultry weather. Even hours later I can still smell these refreshing flowers. I can not let my nose from my wrist.
Rarely has a fragrance surprised me so to the positive.

My dear gardener, I just take you by the hand and take you into the forest to the cool stream, where the violets are, because here I want to stay longer with you...
