Clean scent with tar?

The first test spray triggered the association "freshly tarred road" for me, no idea why. Nevertheless, my interest was aroused to get to know Blanc Poudre better. It's a shame that the flowers are not explicitly named, then I might have been able to explain my association. Real cotton flowers don't smell at all, so the corresponding fragrance is an illusion or synthetic. But that doesn't matter. It still smells good. Basically, Blanc Poudre is a very fine, really classy fragrance. So very different from many other "clean fragrances". It doesn't undergo any major development, remains relatively linear and fine, perhaps a little dustier than other powder fragrances. The vanilla is integrated in such a way that it does not push itself to the fore. It's a shame for me that none of the many great Heeleys last long on me. I would rather have only 50ml for the price, but double the shelf life, because I don't like to keep topping up.

Powder is everything BUT NOT CLEAN!!!

The question I ask myself is: why do you think powder is associated with fresh laundry?
Purely haptically, so from the consistency, these are two completely different things.
Powder: soft/floury, laundry: firm/fluffy.

But, yet: powdered was in the Middle Ages, after all, if it itched under the wig, or elsewhere.
Perhaps even bedding & plümo were powdered with natron to drive away cockroaches and cucarachas, one does not know;

My question is:
Has that "clean" feeling, from long ago when gastropubs couldn't survive in Pompeii due to volcanically provoked lockdown, really manifested itself so much in our olfactory survival instinct genes that people TODAY STILL tap into Parfumo: YEAH! Super clean laundry scent!?

Si, claro: white musk (says the name already) stands solely & stately for radiant cleanliness. Ok. I'm right there with you.
But that's not all that make up this, or any other, powdery fragrance, no, do we not have to think much deeper and broader here, and the powder also times its space to unfold, to distribute, to freshly, and properly durchzupudern into the last crack? Or are we here associatively sitting on a completely wrong fresh laundry idea of other people who simply have no idea.

That shall remain an open question at this point. So please no Drunterkommentare.
There can times each for itself today think about it nicely. Or do you have other things to do.

Strong acid detergent

...that's exactly what it smells like to me. Very powdery dry, with a biting sour undertone. I was actually expecting something completely different and was hoping for a fabric softener laundry scent, but unfortunately the chemical purity rather slays you. I probably perceive the scent quite differently than others....

Pure white beauty with a soft finish not in black but in light grey

Hui what a gentle and delicious breeze, a little like talcum powder, a little like the very fresh and innocent skin he comes from, what a cuddly fellow light sweetness tickles me tenderly, vanilla fragrance that rises fragile and lies on our skin - like the feather of a just hatched goose chick. I find in the fragrance everything is delicate, soft, quiet, bright and powdery. A romantic par excellence. I do not see an outgoing sensuality here, unless one describes this romantic as a seducer with sky-blue eyes and fine blond hair. I think all girls from young to more-or-less boy fall in love with that! Honestly, he flashes immediately and captures you. I also think he's surprisingly good at holding. He leaves something in my office that makes the entering visitors smile,hmmm what smells so good here? yes indeed he leaves something special. The flowers are only taken subliminally, it reminds a little of freshly washed linen and the boudoir of the geishas who make up their faces with light rice powder like dolls and ghosts...If the scent is a creature, it is a little elf who does not touch the ground with her feet leaving only very small dots of touch. Men like this kind of scent, it is so nice to cuddle and dream with it. The price for such a niche fragrance is almost normal with 130 Euro for 100 ml, but it also holds well, but it is a fragrance that is only reserved for the people who are allowed to come very close to us - then they are in its aura. I enjoy this beautiful straightforward ingratiation, somehow it always fits. I even used it for layering, it worked very well. Maybe we will come back to the direction of the quiet scents and not the Kawums-luten-Knall-und-her-bin-Ich candidates anymore...To perfume yourself skillfully is an art that gives a lot of joy to experience.
