Butterscotch....

The first spray is scratchy, herbaceous, tough, Tolu balsam? The perfumes I know with it: Youth Dew or Dolce Amalfi are very impressive. That's how Sweet Temptation seems to me, too .

Saffron, ginger, cinnamon and orange make me think of Christmas baking. Far from it: rather tart, dark green spicy with a dash of freshness

With this complex list of ingredients and formula, my nose is sometimes overwhelmed. It is not a heavy scent, but it changes several times.

Then the heart note sets in, creamy, buttrich, caramel, soft. The shelf life is above ground, about 10 hours. Again and again a little Tolu balsam bubbles up. Which makes the fragrance extraordinary

The sweet temptation and delicious sweetis on the table. At that price, I'd rather pick up fatteners
When I look at the ingredients, 10 € for one millilitre is not justified at all. Somehow the church must stay in the village
Even if the fragrance is made from scratch when it is sold out, that doesn't justify the amount.
Nevertheless, I feel the fragrance mysterious and tasteful, which everyone should be able to smell on their wrist.

Infatuated....
Lakmé, the name sounds like creamy milk chocolate from Hachez, which melts on the tongue.
I had the luck to get a bottling from a charming perfume
I don't know exactly what aldehydes smell like but the first few minutes are extremely severe for me I can't classify the scent maybe a faint plastic smell.
A very smooth, bright, white, uplifting floral fragrance now unfolds. Freshly it hovers over me. Then I see on the bar counter a juicy orange-yellow peach in a rolling peach glass filled with sparkling Prosecco. In front of it stands a bouquet of lily of the valley
After about an hour, a fragrance rush unfolds that is indescribable. Wonderfully creamy, smooth, rich, complex and full of volume. The warm combination envelops me and I smell sandalwood, vanilla, musk perfectly mixed.
I wear it now in early summer and it fits perfectly. Every day for a week now and it's getting more and more expressive, unisex I would say
Lakmè wants it by all means!!!!.

Noble royal blue bottle...
This whole tricky corona situation must have crippled everything in my life. Especially my interest in perfume. Where is it going to come from? There weren't many spontaneous opportunities to smell it. I reduced my perfume inventory by a third.
So again I have room for new fragrances, on to new shores
Patschouli Ardent caught my eye on the Parfumo news page weeks ago.
I like this blue aristocratic flacon. My research began: 'goggle', phone calls and mail traffic with Guerlain.
I was then very lucky to come across a very charming perfume that gave me the opportunity to sniff the scent. Dear G. once again a thousand thanks to you.
It's not the fragrance I'm talking about as a giant hype, but it's on my wish list, because I find it very attractive as a whole concept.
It does not have the typical Guerlain flavour. It is fruity, floral-woody and reminds me of the white-blue spring sky and the young green of the bushes and trees. The fragrance turns into a rose, find rather a full flowered peony, very intense. Fits to the spring feeling. Then I sniff a fresh breeze again, but it disappears quickly and I smell a clear patchouli scent. Not dull or musty but charmingly fine
As already mentioned, Patschouli Ardent is not the high flyer, but the combination of fig and patchouli is definitely worth testing. Patchouli lovers will love it.

Animal heads...
Strolled with a little winter blues through the shopping streets and discovered an extravagant, yet friendly boutique.
The sky so gray and deep, the boutique invites me to enter.
My gaze is immediately caught by the characteristic bottle heads. They are draped on a round shiny mirror. The seller explains that this is the " Penhaligon Portrait Series". 12 pretty flacons with animal heads.

Several paper strips sprayed.

My nose decides on Constance. That's exactly what I need right now! Hot allspice in Indian dishes, cool fresh cardamom smell. It invigorates and refreshes me. Then a tasty lightly salted caramel comes into my head. Soft, square, golden yellow caramel. The vanilla is mixed with it. Tobacco and cashmeran passes by me in a gentle breeze.
It is a warm, soft, gourmand fragrance that you can test right now, in February. Soon the fresh fragrances will arrive, and there the changing Constance with its fresh spicy start and harmonious finish is a nice alternative.

Sillage and durability leave much to be desired. After three hours, I hardly notice Constance anymore

Nevertheless I like ☆☆☆☆☆ !

Foggy coma...
From Roja I tasted nine fragrances, with two bottles in my possession. I didn't really get carried away. Also the durability was not exorbitant.
I find "51" by accident. And spray it on the palm of my hand and forget about it.
I'm meeting my girlfriend for "Goldwürstchen". These are wiener sausages at KADEWE. At this price they are called like this with me ))).
They're sending me into a coma. Heaven forbid. I'm in a misty cloud when I get a whiff of the back of my hand. Phew, I smell a very strong ylang-ylang vanilla note with hints of red berries and white flowers and spices. The ylang ylang note is very strong on my skin. A nice creamy scent.
51 is very long lasting. I feel the scent very powerful. Sniff him still strong the next morning at my laundry, very roomy.
