Candy Bomb
Dear Parfumos,
I first smelled the perfume on a colleague and immediately got a headache. She must have overdone it a bit.
After a night of sleeping without a headache, I couldn't get the incredibly sweet scent out of my mind. The different types of jasmine and the vanilla had etched themselves deeply into my memory, leaving me in an emotional chaos of pure sexiness, carnival vibes, and pure Mediterranean vacation.
So I decided to test it in a slightly lower dosage, and it was allowed to move in with me right away. It really feels like I was born in Roma. I feel free, extroverted, and strong with it - mind you, significantly less concentrated than my colleague. I often get compliments on how great I smell. Since then, we have been pretty good friends on those slightly cooler spring days all the way through autumn and winter, and I suspect this friendship will last a long time!

Surprisingly good!
Dear perfume lovers,
Normally, I am not a fan of the BOSS line, as they all seem to fade away too quickly and often lack something special.
But something prompted me to test BOSS Alive, and it immediately found a place in my collection. It has a wonderful freshness. Raspberry and benzoin are very dominant, but the vetiver also subtly makes its presence known.
I am surprised by the longevity and sillage. I enjoy wearing this fragrance at work, as it is not too overpowering, yet I still receive compliments on my wonderful scent. I have become quite a fan of it: whether in everyday life, at the beach, or in the office, it always creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. To my own surprise, I really like it!

Misconception
Dear perfume lovers.
I was captivated by some great fragrance reviews and this pretty, unusual, and extroverted bottle. Based on the fragrance pyramid, I should have guessed that this wouldn't quite be my thing. And that's exactly how it turned out: I bought the bottle, tested it once, and my initial feeling was confirmed. Nevertheless, I wanted to give it a second chance, but the strong presence of grapefruit and pepper does not do my nose any favors. Vanilla, tonka bean, and musk barely register for me. If you prefer more bitter, zesty scents, then you are in the right place here. For my taste, it can happily move on... What a pity!

A Marriage for Eternity
Dear Parfumos,
In the past, I have tested other fragrances from Narciso, all of which fell on deaf ears or a closed nose. I could never warm up to them, and so all of them have moved on.
However, some time ago, I was at Duty Free, strolling through various shelves and testing a few perfumes. I avoided the Narciso shelf, simply out of habit from my previous experiences. My companion, however, did not… and thus began the love affair.
When we left the shop, a wave of an incredibly powdery, soft, and alluring scent came over me. I asked my friend if she had smelled it, and she held out her wrist: THAT was it, exactly THAT was it! WOW - I was blown away.
A perfect combination of jasmine blossom, musk (I love it), and a hint of cedarwood and vetiver. It felt like my first blind date: full of excitement, tension, and joy, and I knew immediately, I MUST have it!
So, it moved in with me shortly after, and since then we have had a close relationship. Sometimes it comes to the office with me, sometimes it accompanies me through daily life, and sometimes we go out partying together. It reminds me a bit of incense sticks - but pleasant, not too intrusive. It has a nice sillage and incredible longevity. Sometimes I can still smell it on my clothes days later. I also receive compliments for it, from both women and men.
THIS will definitely be a long-term relationship - I am head over heels in love!

In Search of Seduction
Hello dear perfume lovers,
Just a quick note: I am actually quite skeptical about Paco Rabanne fragrances, as they all smell similar to me and it feels like every third person on the street is wearing Paco Rabanne. Nevertheless, I was tempted by the beautiful bottles to let Pure XS into my collection. Above all, because I actually really like oriental scents.
But Pure XS and I somehow don't want to become friends.
Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang come through quite clearly for me, but - and I know it's not listed in the fragrance pyramid - there is somehow also a slight peppery note that I really don't like at all.
The sillage and longevity are also below average compared to our gem from Paco Rabanne.
I can't quite say why this fragrance doesn't appeal to me at all, but it just isn't anything special, even though it could probably be worn all year round - or maybe that's exactly why…
