I wanted to love it, my skin hates it...
Normally, I write a statement (so far, I have rated positively), but with this fragrance, the lines are not enough for me, and maybe someone else feels the same way.
First, I must say that I was really looking forward to the scent. It was on my wishlist, and I was fortunate enough to receive a sample of it. When I sniffed the vial, I was sure THIS would be my summer fragrance. It was already firmly integrated into my vacation planning, and my anticipation grew.
Well, today I thought I should test it before packing it... Unfortunately, the joy has vanished.
I can well imagine that the fragrance smells great on others! On me, however, it is unfortunately disgusting. I have no idea what is wrong with my skin chemistry here, but right after applying it, I feel nauseous. Is it the papaya note?
I kept sniffing it, but the nausea wouldn't go away.
After half / three-quarters of an hour, it got better. Even though the note is still slightly detectable, it now smelled more like a creamy pineapple coconut mix.
Unfortunately, we will probably not be friends anymore :(
