I love the promenade of Sanremo. The many opportunities to sit down and simply inhale that fresh, spicy sea air. Where so much is happening in terms of scents. The freshness of the sea breeze. The citrus notes of lemons and oranges, the scent of wet woods, all of this makes me dream of my next vacation and Ma'ani gives me the feeling of Sanremo atmosphere.
I have already tried over 20 fragrances from Ahmed Al Maghribi and this one is among the best. A very nice citrus freshness with a slight woody oriental kick makes it a very good daily companion for me. The sillage is nicely stable. Longevity is excellent for such a fresh scent.

In sight of the hotel where we are staying lies the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It is a masterpiece of architecture, slightly above our budget. In this case, it’s look but don’t touch. We take a taxi and skip the heat. Already in front of the hotel, we are hit by a mass of scents coming towards us. It smells rich, complex, layered. I detect a blend of fresh, floral, spicy, and deep woody oriental fragrances. They slowly become warm and sensual. This is what Crown of Emirates smells like. An unforgettable experience.

Like the last days, the transition from day to night in the desert is very quick. It becomes noticeably cooler, the heat disappears among the dunes. The stars curiously gaze down at our camp. The fire hungrily consumes the dry branches. The wood is so dry that there is hardly any smoke. I rest my tired feet on the YTeppich and breathe in the fresh scent. I perceive many warm, spicy notes that blend with wood and leather notes. The air is opulent, pleasantly herbal, slightly creamy. Oud is not overpowering, rather elegant, not animalistic. A few floral notes are also present.
This is how Asateer smells, warm, spicy, herbal, just to my taste.
The price-performance ratio is excellent, longevity remarkable. Another beautiful oriental from Nabeel.

The outing was worth it again. We could observe the falcons during training. We could see how much respect the falcons are treated with and how much joy they bring to people. How dominantly they rule the sky.
This scent is also very dominant, its leather notes are your faithful companions for many hours. It remains noticeable on clothing for days. The spices and oud are strong as well. It is a fragrance that fascinates me; it is very complex and versatile. The strength is incredible. But I like exactly such scents.

The sun burns mercilessly from the cloudless sky. The path between the dunes seems endless. Sweat runs into my eyes and the cloth can no longer absorb any salt. The local who accompanies us on the trip confidently says that we will be there soon. A settlement appears between the dunes. Friendly nomads are already waiting for us, who first wash the dust from our faces. We can take a seat in the shade in front of the tent and grab cold water from the fridge. Catching my breath. The scents I perceive are diverse; it smells of dried fruits, spices, subtly of leather and rose. But also of wood and many other things that I cannot clearly identify.
Just like that, Maghateer smells, oriental, spicy, mysterious.
This fragrance is worth every cent and is one of my favorites.
