Thanks a lot for your kind message on my wall, dear SamplesNoona. It is highly appreciated and I'm glad to hear that at least a few users also have a soft spot for vintage treasures... 👍 Many thanks and best wishes to you!

Hey @SamplesNoona , I enjoyed your story from the forum game! You mentioned K-pop fragrances - are there any that you particularly enjoy or would recommend? Hope you have a great week! 😊

Hi there! Jo Malone scents seem to be doing really well in South Korea lately. Wood Sage & Sea Salt is a basic but great perfume. Diptyque is also popular, namely Philosykos which I find really fun to wear. I don't even like figs, but smelling like a fancy leaf has an odd appeal to it. Also the Diptyque section at my local store gave out the biggest samples from my first haul, so that's a bonus :)
Big brands with idols in their perfume advertising include Dior, YSL and most recently Kilian. I'll have to agree with my brother that Kilian's Angels' Share is quite nice. YSL's Mon Paris is also pleasant, but I couldn't find a sample for it no matter where I looked :/
Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to sample Korean perfumes. The ones on my radar currently (and the folks who mentioned them) are: Daniel's Truth's Bombshell (Soobin of TXT), Forment's Cotton Dear Night (Kang Tae-oh, an actor) and Longtake's Sandalwood (Key of Shinee).
Have you tried any funky perfumes from abroad?
