Relaxing Landscape

The day is windy. A the green water of the creek slowly waves, the weak sunlight struggles to illuminate before the day is done. There are hardly any cars on the roads, nor in parking lots, making me wonder where everybody is. I wear my new sweater and slippers (gifts from my family) and finish yesterday’s pumpkin pie. Which perfume complements this mood?

I choose Amber Mystique for its sweet spices. There is nothing I love more than a spicy perfume and this creation has it all: an uncomplicated mix of sweets, spices and a touch of woods, the amber of its name a soft reminiscence. This is not Russian amber or a difficult amber: it is simply a beautiful perfume for cozy days and nights.

The red glass bottle is hefty and the top mirrored. I find this a very wearable and attractive-to-display perfume that leaves a pleasant trail but does not overpower the wearer or those around her. A marvelous addition by Estee Lauder.
