Night spread your wings ...
Night spread your wings
take me with you
to the dark side of my soul!
The Dark Side starts with an overload of resins and spices. I find styrax to be prominent before amber immerses the scent in a throbbing resin glow.
The honey comes across as dirty-sweet-animalistic :)
Violet and iris add powdery-violet dots to this dark play of scents.
Frankincense mist swirls up between ancient gnarled trees.
It takes a while for the honey to make way for the vanilla.
The Dark Side is a pulsating witch's elixir!
Sensual and dark -
Balm for dark days :)
The scent challenges me - and yet it wraps around me like a magical protective cloak - carries me - conquers me again and again!
Unisex for sure - perfect for autumn and winter.
The sillage is not overwhelming but definitely present. Longevity is enormous! 9 - 10 hours are easily achievable.
The bottles are kept simple but very high-quality!
Conclusion:
Francesca Bianchi is a true sorceress. The scents are always a touch too dark-heavy-animalistic ... The Dark Side, however, is surprisingly wearable ;)
I give a test recommendation :)

... Tears of Angels Fall Silently ...
Broken Wings
carved in stone
buried in dead flowers ...
(Sweetsmell75)
The Decay of the Angel is a fascinating fragrance
that lashes through your synapses
stirs the soul
provokes thought ...
that enslaves you
shows you your dark side!
But it also touches you deeply inside ...
calming your soul piece by piece.
About the scent:
The Decay of the Angel starts harshly with incense-soaked bitter citrus notes and dried flower petals. There is nothing beautiful to be found in the opening ;)
Green tones with creaky wood plus jasmine stink follow the further development of the scent with a veil of smoke that lingers until the end.
With dry oud (no barn smell!) resin, earthy patchouli and to soften it
a sweet hint of tonka bean, it moves into the base.
Sweet is rather a foreign word for this scent ;)
*Resin-Wood-Smoke-Earth*
I can't assign the scent to any season ... it is definitely unisex.
The sillage is not that strong and it lasts a good 7 hours on my skin.
Personally, I prefer to wear the scent just for myself ;)
The bottle and the packaging are simple/beautiful.
The name of the fragrance could not be more fitting ... the scent reflects this
exactly!
Conclusion:
Healing balm for the soul!

World, stand still for a moment ...
Crime scene: Oberpollinger
a grinning sweetsmell with bright eyes ...
"Look what I discovered, it's great, isn't it?" ... and that was until I held my sprayed sweetie arm under the noses of everyone at the perfume meeting in Munich ... most found Kyoto nice too ;)
I probably wouldn't have tested it otherwise ... beetroot ... yuck! ... I don't like to eat it ... can't smell good at all ;)
But it turned out differently ...
test me whispered the red bottle ... I am limited so don't waste time!
3 G ... (sprayed - marveled - bought!) :)
Kyoto starts berry-like and absolutely not veggie (so no fear of the beetroot!)
The scent is earthy with green-woody nuances from the vetiver. Over time, it becomes rosy and a fine veil of incense runs through the fragrance.
Yes, it is a fine rose that reveals itself to me ... but on my skin, red berries, earth, dust & green dominate!
The test strip smelled significantly rosier ;)
I perceive Kyoto as a dull-dry scent ... green but also berry-red!
The base becomes woody and suddenly there is musk ... a delicate fluff ... that holds everything together!
Soft tones ... full of harmony ... but with a staying power of nearly 8 hours!
I can imagine wearing Kyoto all year round.
Unisex ... yes indeed :)
The berry-red bottle is a real eye-catcher, wrapped in a cloth :)
Let yourself fall into daydreams with Kyoto ...
it can really sweeten a stressful workday/routine!
Conclusion:
*World, stand still for a moment ...*
Harmony of rose-incense-vetiver & beetroot :)
Green-berry-earthy-woody dry dust ...
*Daydreaming*

In the enchanted forest of imagination, thoughts
mysteriously flit between the trees
to find themselves in the clearing and transform into a wondrous story
with colorful images....
- Helga Schäferling -
This fragrance has sparked my imagination!
When I close my eyes, I hear the owl calling, the fawns leaping, and the birds chirping their cheerful song.
I am right in the middle of the enchanted forest ... on this mysterious clearing.
Moss between my toes ... enjoying the peace ... escaping everyday life and sticking my tongue out at heartache :)
Such a positive scent ... just right for silly days ... my heart hums happily ♥
About the fragrance:
Cape Heartache starts earthy-resinous, and quickly juicy wild strawberries join in.
The forest accord is well captured with pine needles, resin, wood, and moss!
One might think there's a misty note in the air. But that’s probably just due to these wonderful aromas that the fragrance exudes on my skin ... like a green dusty veil soaked with these little aromatic strawberries.
For me, it’s a year-round scent (but I am also head over heels in love with this forest!) ... otherwise, it’s probably more autumn/winter ;)
Definitely unisex ... although you men should have a romantic side ;)
If you're looking for a dark forest, please keep walking!
The bottle and packaging in book form are simple and fit perfectly with Josh Meyers' story ... a great concept!
The longevity is a good 8 hours ... the sillage is rather moderate, and a delicate scent aura surrounds me for the first hours before Cape Heartache becomes intimate.
Conclusion:
Mist hangs in the air ...
Leaves fall, sun-drunk, onto mossy earth
Resin drops sparkle ... wild strawberries sweeten ...
softening heartache!
Pssssst ... test it ;)

Bezaubernste Vanille
You are so wonderful
natural
modest - simply
enchanting
my heart warms
beats for you
because you are so precious and different...
-Hans-Christoph Neuert-
With the first sniff, I am enchanted ... I immediately had hearts in my eyes :)
About the scent:
Veridia starts with a truckload of galbanum and woodruff doesn't take long to appear.
Wood and powder blend into the green-herbaceous woodruff feeling.
And then comes the vanilla ...
it is green and refined with incense, patchouli, and resins.
This vanilla is absolutely unique and enchanting for me!
With the green-resinous-woody-powdery impression, Veridia is sweet but not cloyingly sweet.
For me, it is definitely a scent for autumn/winter!
The longevity is a good 8 hours plus ... I would rate the sillage as moderate.
A beautiful vanilla veil wraps me tenderly and comfortably!
Brave men are welcome to try it :)
The bottle ... well ... personally too much plastic for me.
Yesterday in the ticker, a user said it looks like an urn .... he is right.
However, the cap is really beautiful, although it is also made of plastic.
Conclusion:
Bezaubernste Vanille
Green-resinous-woody-powdery it comes!
Hearts-in-my-eyes
Such a beautiful vanilla dream!
Thank you, Morillas :)
Despite the high price of this exclusive Bvlgari line, I recommend testing it for anyone still looking for a green magic vanilla ;)
