My First Favorite Fragrance
With this fragrance, I began my journey into the world of perfume last year. After never really being interested in the topic of perfume, suddenly the desire arose to try it out. But how do I even start?
At Douglas, the selection was overwhelming. So many perfumes. Some have almost the same name, look almost the same, but are apparently different?
And then this small, square Chloé bottle caught my eye on the shelf. Adorned with a pretty bow, it bore the name "Lumineuse." That immediately appealed to me, as I like to wear bright colors and could use some brightness during the dark season.
I loved the scent right away. Sweet, soft, vanilla-like, and somehow special. I did try other fragrances, but in the end, Chloé Lumineuse was to be the first scent in my small collection.
A year later, it still belongs to my absolute favorites. A true all-rounder that I enjoy all year round. It fits wonderfully with my youthful, feminine clothing style and is neither too light nor too opulent for me.
If I had to choose a signature scent, it would be this one!
Although I can hardly perceive rose and jasmine individually, I recognize alongside the delicate balsamic notes an elegant floral direction that gives the fragrance a particularly beautiful facet. On my skin, it starts off very sweet and then becomes softer over time.
When I apply it in the morning, I can perceive it well throughout the day. By evening, it becomes intimate and finally bids farewell by quietly merging with the skin.
