Evening Atmosphere over Florence
"I was inspired by the sunset over Florence for this creation, when the velvety delicate scent of iris unfolds in the starry night. It is flanked by fruity apricot and sensual musk. A vibrant blend for the radiant woman who enjoys the moment."
This is what Nicolas Beaulieu says as the fragrance creator for ID/Parfums Paris.
I had the opportunity to test this fragrance and can only confirm this statement.
The fruity top note, consisting of lychee, mandarin, and apricot, is fruity and sparkling; yet the ripe apricot also brings a sweetness.
Let us symbolize the setting sun! There is still a lot of sparkling liveliness in it; however, the sweetness of the memory is already echoing.
The heart of the fragrance: The iris, which, despite its fragrant clarity, exudes a certain sensuality; the distinctly feminine rose and the lively splash of raspberry, which promisingly embody the sunset, the promise of the night about to begin.
The night clears up, the stars shine - this mood is completed by lightly spicy white cedar, rich vanilla, and magnificent musk.
The view from Fiesole over the city of Florence could be stylishly accompanied by "Âme Toscane Intense."
I can well imagine that!
I cannot detect the aforementioned synthetic quality in the fragrance. Yes, it is powdery, but not unpleasant.
The longevity is average; multiple sprays as needed are no problem at this price.
The bottle has this appealing feminine shape, which can also be found in "Ode à l'Amour" and other fragrances from this house.
This is also not an extraordinary fragrance creation from ID Parfums Paris. But here, too, one finds the serious work of the perfumer, who understands his craft well and thus brings joy to many women.
They possess no extravagance, no excessive refinement; an eccentric fragrance explosion should not be expected.
In "Âme Toscane Intense," one does not meet the Medici; Dante does not stroll with his Beatrice over the Piazza della Signoria; Sandro Botticelli does not devote himself passionately to the beautiful Simonetta Vespucci.
This fragrance rather appeals to the lively beauty of a woman who carries a certain Italità within her and occasionally takes an unusual path. (For that, she might as well carry her shoes in hand!)
The fragrances from ID Parfums Paris have the misfortune that, unlike those from Yves Rocher, they do not have a shop behind them, thus no "launchpad."
Like the first YR fragrances, they must either be ordered blindly or become known through word-of-mouth. Occasionally, there is a mini bottle for testing.
However, those who open themselves to them will not be disappointed; they will find fragrances that simply bring joy.
Just like the joy I felt when I got to try "Âme Toscane Intense."
By the way, thank you so much, my dear!
