Right off the bat, my dismay at the old version being discontinued was limited, as I still have 2 backup bottles of the old version. Therefore, I approached the whole thing relatively objectively.

A (sun)creamy hard candy. Softly fruity with slightly tropical hints. The base is synthetic but not unpleasant.
Fruity Plum Japonaise without smelling like warm Chinese plum wine like the OG. The DNA has definitely been perfected.
A friendly Carlisle, smooth and without rough edges, almost soft. A Hard Candy DNA is mixed in from beginning to end.
