Picnic in the Botanical Garden
Inspired by Green Irish Tweed from the manufacturer Aventus, this fragrance surprises with a green breeze of freshly mowed grass, or reminds one of a picnic in the botanical garden.

Since fresh scents are not necessarily among my favorites, I could hardly warm up to it and I lack the depth to fully grasp the nuances. Although I made repeated attempts to perceive it in its true form, it remained uninteresting to me.

Woody floral accents in the opening, followed by the highlight: a citrus freshness and in the dry down with sandalwood.

With an above-average longevity and a rather reserved sillage, it is a reliable companion for the next outing into nature.

A fragrance that definitely has a strong presence and polarizes. The composition transports you directly into an opulent world of sweet, alcoholic notes and warm spices.

The first impression is impressive: a harmonious interplay of cognac accords, cinnamon, and a fine vanilla note. This opening has something seductive that reminds one of a luxurious setting - noble, inviting, and a bit decadent.

Over time, the fragrance evolves but loses none of its intensity. The alcoholic top note of cognac remains present, yet is complemented by a creamy sweetness and woody nuances. Particularly noteworthy is the pronounced cinnamon note, which at times becomes almost dominant before gently receding to make way for the deeper, warmer facets of the fragrance. The blend of tonka bean, sandalwood, and a hint of oak gives the composition depth and structure without weighing it down.

The longevity and sillage are above average, making the fragrance a true statement. Those who wear it leave a lasting impression - whether positive or overwhelming depends on personal taste. Angels’ Share is especially suitable for the cold season when the sweet, boozy notes can fully unfold their effect. It is ideal for festive occasions, but also for cozy evenings when one wants to wrap themselves in a blanket of warm and rich aromas.

The bottle, inspired by a whiskey glass, underscores the luxurious character of the fragrance and is a real eye-catcher on the shelf. Unfortunately, it is made entirely of glass, which would naturally make it more fragile but certainly resembles a fine cognac glass.

Overall, Angels’ Share is a fragrance for those who are not afraid of strong gourmand compositions and enjoy experimenting with opulent, spicy notes. However, those who are sensitive to sweet and dense fragrances should test beforehand whether this angel truly shares its glass - or perhaps brings a bit too much swing.

Cookie Dough.. also for men?
Eclaire by Lattafa is a true gourmand experience that immediately reminds me of wintertime and a cozy evening by the fireplace. The fragrance opens with a creamy sweetness reminiscent of vanilla pudding and delicately caramelized milk, accompanied by a subtle spice that adds a special depth to it. Especially in the cooler months, the scent feels like a warm embrace that sweetens the day and stimulates the appetite.

It unfolds into a soft, almost buttery aroma that recalls cookie dough.

The versatility of this perfume makes it particularly special: it can be worn excellently on its own and is completely sufficient. Of course, it is simple and doesn’t have an extensive list of ingredients. However, I think it can also be layered well, as it is gourmand and has a creamy effect.

The longevity is impressive - even after several hours, the scent remains noticeably present without being overpowering and has a somewhat festive quality.

Visually, the bottle definitely impresses. The design is a bit playful, with a melting cap. Those who enjoy gentle gourmand scents with vanilla and caramel will love Eclaire.

No sword needed - Its presence penetrates
Although I usually don't like fresh scents, Legendary Knight is a perfume that completely convinced me in the summer. So much so that I've nearly emptied the bottle.

The name "Legendary Knight" is truly fitting: The fragrance starts powerfully with a strong note: A blend of mandarin and bergamot that immediately brings a fresh, almost heroic presence into the room. At first, it can be overwhelming, but to be honest, I didn't perceive any synthetic notes. The sillage is impressive: strong, but never intrusive, just like a noble knight who stands out with his charisma and sheer presence without coming across as arrogant.

Over the hours, the fragrance unfolds further, and its complexity becomes clearer. Cinnamon and geranium add a sweet-spicy depth to the freshness. This perfectly complements the subtle, woody accents that harmonize in the background. It's as if the fragrance sheds its armor during its development and reveals a warmer, more sensual side. Because there is no more danger.

The longevity is wonderful - Legendary Knight stays with you all day long. I haven't experienced a day when the fragrance didn't perform well, even when subjected to "stress."

Masculine, fresh, and yet warm-spicy: The scent is not just a statement for summer, but a true companion that impresses with its versatility and elegance, without ever feeling too heavy. A legendary fragrance for modern knights.

"A Cuban one, please."
I chose this perfume because I had been getting a glimpse into the world of cigars for some time, and the title alone caught my attention. "Plum and cigar?" I thought. "This could be interesting."

In itself, nothing special. Many spicy, woody scents that also contain tobacco are often mixed with fruits.

The perfume has a fruity scent with oriental spicy notes. Cigars have a strong and heavy smell. However, the tobacco scent is by no means intrusive. Yes, it might even be suitable for non-smokers. It fits into everyday life and is just as usable for special occasions.

I could perceive gentle tobacco nuances that are pleasant and do not sharply attack the nose. Ideal for anyone who loves tobacco without being overwhelmed by the intensity. The fruity essence adds a refreshing lightness to the scent, with honey and bourbon vanilla contributing to the sweetness. The cinnamon rounds off the composition. One might think that the cognac shyly hovers in the background, but it contributes much more than one would believe.

Scents from The Dua Brand are often complex, and one can easily lose track. No wonder when you literally have a long receipt in front of you ^^. Nevertheless, I think there is a fairly manageable result here.

This perfume is charming and inviting. A scent that appeals to the senses without being intrusive. Thus, I have found a fragrance that I wear when I join the lounge to relax.
