Don't believe the hype!!!
Elysium has been plastered all over the YT fragrance community for a while now.
I finally decided to order a sample/decant and see what all the hype was about.
I'm not a scent guru but I tend to give fragrances a few wearings just to see if I truly like them or if there any good, so I did the same with this.
Smell:
A fresh and clean but slightly fruity scent.
Conclusion:
If you hid the bottle behind your back then held out your wrist and said “Smell this” I would reply to you and say “Is this a new Bath and Body Works scent..?”
Elysium may be great to others but to me, this is nothing special. If you are looking for something simple, easy to wear, and non-offensive then this is for you.
Honestly, it's very linear & the price is not justified for the scent that you get, overhyped. Pay half the price and get a clone of this fragrance instead.
(P.s. I didn't know people actually get offended by someone's opinion about some juice in a bottle called a fragrance.)

A winter magnet
Don’t know how I feel about the opening on first spray, the dry down is where the magic happens, more of a mature scent.
Edit: I’ve gave this sent a few wearings now & it’s easily a signature scent for the cold “winter” it smells sexy & sweet, can’t anybody just pull it off though you have to dress the part, something dark & well dressed or slightly fancy a great experience nonetheless. This is still a more mature masculine scent. Great date night fragrance.

Roller coaster ride !?
This scent takes my nose on a roller coaster ride up, down, & around my wrist as i sniff this unique fragrance, i haven’t smelt nothing else like it.
I don’t like scents that smell the same as the rest so for me this was like gold in a bottle, a masterpiece with outstanding niche fragrance quality.
This is a toss up some will like this scent on you & some could careless for it, but by any means this is not a bad fragrance you will surely stand out in a good way.
Made for people that have “exquisite taste” or should I say an exquisite nose haha very funny. Jokes aside you can tell in the note break down this is something very different than most. It caught me off guard in a good way.
I always hear the fragrance community talk about blue scents all the time but this is never brought up. To me it has a mysterious blue type of smell a little bit I can’t explain it not for sure if that’s from the blue lotus note, but that’s besides the point.
If you could picture the fragrance in your mind you could imagine a dark night kind of chilly on a boat or on the rocks looking out over the dark blue ocean with a full moon in the sky.
Think I struck gold with this one !! Very affordable.
