One of the best fragrances I have encountered in a long time. Extremely fresh but at the same time very soft, it actually reminds me a bit of a Mojito, but more of a non-alcoholic or quite clear one with lots of ice.

The scent is very linear and simple - nothing changes from the opening to the drydown. But in this simplicity lies the genius. It captivated me from minute 1.

I am a big fan of SMW, but I have only had samples of it so far, as the high price has put me off a bit and I wouldn't wear it every day.

When I read that this fragrance is supposed to be extremely close to SMW, I immediately ordered 10 ml. Smelling it fresh from the bottle, it indeed reminded me of SMW, although you can already perceive significant differences here. In no time, I sprayed a spritz on my arm.

What awaited me was a nightmare. The stuff smells like liquid plastic, it has no freshness at all and is also extremely flat. I gave it 30 minutes on my arm, and not much changed over time; the disgusting plastic smell did not alter. At least the longevity seems massive; it only disappeared after scrubbing my arm with soap three times.

Conclusion:

An extremely cheap, plastic-smelling attempt to copy SMW. At least it's good to know that I can no longer take many reviewers seriously who talk about 90% similarity here ;) You can sense from the first sniff of the bottle that it's supposed to go in that direction, but from then on, it's a difference like night and day.

Recently sprayed it at Douglas after reading all the praise for this "fresh" scent.

However, what I get is only a very strongly synthetic freshness in my nose, I can't describe exactly what it smells like. The biggest issue, though, is that it, at least on my skin, directly reminded me of urine! Not extremely, I don't think I peed myself, but in the background, there is always a vibe that reminds me extremely of urine! Extremely unpleasant and negatively surprising... not for me...

a horrifying, really very strong biting, citrus scent clings to skin and fabric. especially with the first spray, I almost get short of breath, I feel like I’m inhaling a toxic chemical. nothing changes for me over time, really disgusting.

My first impression was unfortunately disappointing, as I primarily smelled pipe tobacco and I'm not a huge fan of it. It's not bad, but I had mentally prepared for the scent of delicious, freshly rolled cigarillos.

So I put on my jacket and continued to look around, actually having already written off the scent! But about 1-2 hours later, the tobacco faded more into the background and vanilla and honey came forward, quite sweet but not sticky sweet, simply fantastically good!! I couldn't get my nose off my arm. In the dry down, cocoa becomes more pronounced and it ends with it...

Definitely a 100% scent, but for me personally "only" 90%, as the pipe tobacco opening makes the scent feel a bit too old-fashioned for me... it's still delicious, but it does remind me a bit of grandpas. I would have much preferred to smell fresh cigarillos! But if you also like pipe tobacco, the scent is absolutely perfect!!
